A 1500 sq ft former art gallery & theatre space with 12 foot arched ceilings and a wall of french doors looking onto a large terrace. *It is one big room* comprising the entire ground floor of the Villa. Away from the night time noisiness and exuberance of the downtown core but just a 7 minute level ground walk to the restaurants and beach. Full of interesting architectural details. Access to our pool and gardens at top of hill behind the villa via our private jungle path (many stair steps)
