Paloma and Juan were super communicative and friendly! The space was as described, very walkable from city center with great options nearby for coffee/breakfast, dinner, etc. the beach was a 5 minute walk away. Juan responded immediately when I messaged him with a question the first day. The rooftop pool was lovely, the space was clean, and we were very happy with our stay!

Staying at sheenas place was a great first travel experience !! she was very responsive and helpful. the place was soooo nice and the outdoor patio with kitchen was incredible. awesome hammocks and big bed. overall was so awesome and would 100% come to this air bnb again! the only issues were small and were not sheenas fault, and were very well accounted for by her. the place was a bit noisy, theres roosters that would be super loud at like 6 am. luckily sheena provided ear plugs which helped a ton! also the water from the showers kinda smelt suflur-y. this is due to the minerals in the water and cant be helped. but it did kind of throw us off cuz it was a strong smell, it went away after a few minutes tho! overall 5 stars bcuz of an awesome host☺️

We loved the accommodation, we felt right at home, ideal to enjoy the terrace and the private pool, 100% recommended for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing space, thank you, we will definitely come back!!!

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David was an exceptional host—genuinely attentive, highly responsive, and went out of his way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. When we arrived, we learned the rooftop was still under construction, but David more than made up for it with his accommodating nature and thoughtful communication. The studio itself has great water views, best enjoyed through the huge accordion door windows. Whether you're working remotely or just unwinding with a morning coffee, the vibes are ideal. Location-wise, David’s home hits the sweet spot. Situated on the quieter north side of Sayulita, it offers a welcome escape from the late-night noise and riff raff, while still being within walking distance—about 10-15 minutes on foot. That said, I’d highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area more freely and make any runs you need. Though the rooftop wasn’t finished during our stay, the sneak peek we got of the views up there was enough to guarantee a return visit.

Beautiful place in Sayulita. The property is well maintained, quiet for the most part (some nearby construction), and the pool and patio are spacious and clean. The location is up a hill, so you’ll get your steps in if you forgo a scooter or golf cart. We considered this an active vacation, so all the walking into town, around the streets, and along the beach was just a part of the adventure. 2 minute walk to breakfast, 6 minutes to the town plaza. There were a couple concerns with cleanliness (dusty AC vents and the water crock was mildewy), but we brought it to Mathilde’s attention and she was very responsive and helpful. She even came to check it out. We asked for another beach chair with straps and the manager brought us a brand new one, so helpful to backpack with beach chairs and an umbrella down to the beach. We will stay here again without a second thought if we are in Sayulita again. Great value, gorgeous property, and wonderful and attentive hosts.

it's a great stay very nice views very comfortable rooms and excellent spaces the arrival has a very inclined ramp but the view makes it worth it we look forward to returning to this airbnb

I had such a wonderful stay at Brisa’s Airbnb. Great price, wonderful location, beautiful room. Of all the places I have stayed in sayulita this has definitely been my favourite. Brisa took such great care of me and all my needs and I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As an Airbnb Superhost managing 45 properties myself, I have high standards when I travel and this penthouse in Puerto Vallarta absolutely delivered. The space is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight has to be the stunning city view from the penthouse level—watching the sunset over the skyline was truly magical. The location is unbeatable. Everything we wanted to do was either a short walk or a quick Uber ride away, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. From great restaurants to beach clubs and local attractions, nothing felt out of reach. One thing to note: while the penthouse elevation offers fantastic views, you can still hear some of the busy street noise at night. That said, it wasn’t noticeable during the day, and it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, I was very impressed.

The host is very responsive and kind, there is weekly cleaning, and it’s super walkable to great restaurants (Yah-Yahs, The Dock, Xochi, Carbon). The rooftop pool is relaxing and everything felt super safe and comfortable.

The perfect place for an extended stay in Sayulita! My husband and I stayed for a month and it was so nice to have the extra space between the large kitchen and living room and separate bedroom. It was an ideal location on the north side so it was quiet. Beach access right across the street! Cafes for coffee and lunch super close by and an easy 5 minute walk to the north side Main Street or 10 minutes to the center of town! Highly recommend this place to stay - it even came with weekly cleanings included for fresh sheets and towels! Can’t wait to come back for our next stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were amazing. So kind, relaxed, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They gave us our space but were always there if we had a question, which made everything feel super chill and easy. The place itself was stunning: open, airy, and peaceful. It felt like a total escape, but still just an 8-minute golf cart ride to town, so we had the best of both worlds. Would 10000% stay here again!

The studio was clean spacious and super close to the Main Street and the beach! Christian was super helpful to every question I had! As a single woman traveler I recommend this host and I thank him for his help and recommendation

Alma was a great host, very responsive, and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough! It's just a 5-minute walk to town and the beach. A charming view of the hills and jungle with a beautiful patio and a massive sliding door to let the entire place be closed for the A/c or an open-air breeze way with a gorgeous, spacious design. If that's not enough, two floors up is an even better, full-sized rooftop pool with an even more expansive view, full sun in midday for sunbathing, and a bar that's staffed upon request. Finally, the restaurant downstairs is modern Mexican tapas, and I would highly recommend it for an easy night out. If you're a couple looking for a stay in Sayulita, this is the spot!

Your home away from home in Sayulita... walkable to the beach [truly 90 seconds!], coffee, chilaquiles, margs and shoppng. Upon booking Tom recommended car service from the airport and host Ryan met us at the front gate, carried our baggage in and showed us door code, gave us a tour of the condo and offered local recommendations. Pro tip, have your driver [Sergio!] stop at the large grocery store that's on the way from the airport. The condo is clean, comfy, well stocked with amenities and the AC is a dream. There's a great pool area central to the small group of condos. Whether you prefer to stay in and cook at home or wander Sayulita, this is the place. Enjoy!

Our stay at Riki's was a 10/10 experience! If you are an interior design aficionado like myself, you will appreciate Riki's attention to detail. Her place is beautifully designed, well laid out, the king bed is firm yet comfortable, & the A/C unit and the fan above the bed made for a very pleasant experience. The outdoor living room & kitchen nestled amongst the tropical plants was such a relaxing place to spend time. The house is on a hillside, so we enjoyed pleasant breezes, even during the hotter parts of the day. The location is perfect - walking distance to the restaurants, shops & beach, yet far enough away that it was quiet & peaceful. Of course you will hear roosters & dogs barking occasionally, and some noise from cars driving down the main road one block away, but all in all a very pleasant experience. Last but not least, Riki was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, & generous with her time. She even offered a remedy for my husband's upset stomach which helped alot!
