The cozy and spacious apartment (55 sqm) is located on the ground floor in a listed, lovingly renovated, former family house built 1900 in the OT Pfaffendorf. This includes a car parking space, a separate guest terrace in the courtyard and protected high-speed Wi-Fi.

Our house is a 270-year-old timber-framed house that we have lovingly renovated and remodeled. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden floorboards or wooden framework. Our garden is designed in such a way that living beings that are native there can still feel comfortable, such as salamanders, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfishers and wild bees. Anyone who stays in the garden for a long time can observe these many rare inhabitants in our garden.

We preserve the old character of the walls, and incorporate the amenities of modern times. After a walk on the Jakobsweg, you can warm up by our clay wall heating. Feel welcome with us in nature, accompanied by our farm life with a dog, cats, horses, chickens and Gretchen the goose. A crib and highchair are available.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
