Your perfect holiday is waiting for you : at the Haus am See am Markkleeberger See near Leipzig The garden area has also been completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We left it natural in front of the house and I am still happy with what is sprouting there.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

The private small terrace as well as access to the canal invite you to swim and relax. 2 bikes and a small boat can be used free of charge by my guests. Stand up paddle available for a small fee. Fantastic tours possible. A ping pong table and a badminton game are also available to my guests free of charge.

With its approximately 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.
