Half-timbered house in Wehlen - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Popular starting point for hikes (also guided) or bike tours in Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland. Good shopping, Dresden 50 km, Pirna 36 km away

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Welcome to Königstein, in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. Our apartment, with terrace, for two people is idyllic, quiet yet centrally located, overlooking the fortress of Königstein. Here you have an ideal starting point for hikes and exploration tours in the rock world of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with its mountains to conquer and wild romantic valleys. The city center and public transport S-Bahn, bus and boat are about a 15-minute walk.

A cozy 70 sqm attic apartment above the rooftops of Sebnitz, the silk flower city, awaits you. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the newly furnished kitchen you will find a Miele dishwasher and even a Siemens washer-dryer next to the induction stove. You park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Summer Refreshment

Our cozy apartment in a quiet location is on the first floor of our house. The fabulous hiking world of Saxon Switzerland begins right on our doorstep. For example, you can walk to the over 240 meter high Königstein Fortress in just 30 minutes. Day trips to Dresden and Prague are easily possible.
