Dishes and utensils for dining. Beds ready, incl. sheets and towels. You'll have access to a private shower and sink, as well as a compost toilet. New (September 2023) apartment in the center of Joensuu, 500 meters from the university. Fully furnished, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Pool 600 meters away, cafe 200 meters away, market 1 km away, train station 2 km away. Spacious balcony, elevator, private parking with heating and charging. Perfect for convenience and comfort.

Rannassa on erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna, pukuhuone ja takkatupa jossa kesällä voi kaksi nukkua.

Huvilasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta neljälle sekä lisävuoteet kahdelle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat yhteistä tilaa. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Syrjäinen sijainti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja hiljaisuutta lomailuun. Mikäli kaipaat lomasi aikana siivousta, huvilan oma robotti-imuri hoitaa sen puolestasi :)

Built in 2022, a studio apartment building right next to the university. Mehtimäki sports park is next door. The apartment is 1km to Joensuu Market and 2km to the train station. The apartment has all the amenities for a short stay and a little longer. The apartment has a bed and a sofa bed. Large covered balcony. The building has an elevator so it is easy to move into the apartment. The apartment has a parking spot.

Villa Erkkilä on the shore of the clear-watered Puruvesi

Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, a child-friendly beach, good fishing waters (rowing boat), ride a motorcycle on the numerous gravel roads in the nearby area or in winter by sled on the area's extensive trails. In winter, 4 people can comfortably stay here, and in summer, there is also a nice summer room and a sauna room that add sleeping places for eight. Welcome!

Cozy 37 sq m studio-apartmetnt (400 sq ft) with sauna in a quiet place in the center of Savonlinna. Excellent location to explore the city on foot or bike. The studio is very comfortable for two, but can accommodate two more on the retractable sofa. Additional mattress is available, which makes sofa bed comfortable too.
