Cottage vacation rentals in Saugatuck Township

My family had a great time. Home was as described. Outside area was great.

Had a great getaway with family at this comfortable and spacious cabin. Loved the location both on the lake and its proximity to Saugatuck and Holland. The owner was very responsive when we were missing a few household items and took the time to run them to us on the same day. Would definitely stay here again. Great for families or a friend group.

Great place to stay located right in the coast and close to fun towns. Lee is an amazing host!

We had a quick two night stay while visiting the area. The house was as listed and we had a great time. We loved the hot tub and the indoor space. Comfortable seating in the living area while we waited out the rain. There is a train that travels close by but otherwise had a great stay!

Joshua was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible. The home was exactly as described. The yard was great for the kids to play in. View from the deck is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. House was a great fit for our vacation. Bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattress and bedding. Bathrooms were stocked with a few essentials which is always a great touch. Living room / dining room area are beautiful and well designed to host a larger group like ours. We most definitely would recommend and would stay at the home again! Thank you Joshua for saving our vacation!

Dragan was an amazing host. When a problem occurred he was quick to fix it and make it better! Super responsive and a lovely place!

Wonderful little get away. Visited with another couple. The cottage is so cute and was everything that was described in the listing. There were travel guides o. the table, and the location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Thank you sp much for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

We had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning, which Kim took care of promptly. We really enjoyed this property!

Llamas were great! the peaceful getaway we needed. its right next to the best dog park (with a beach) ive ever been to! we will be going back and cannot wait to see the little baby Llama all grown up. Robert was a great host!

Perfect private cabin in the woods. It is far enough from downtown Saugatuck to avoid traffic but close enough that we could easily run back to relieve the dog when needed. About 7 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. There were so many amenities we didn't get to use (ran out of time), but were super nice to see like the fire pit and the sauna. It is super private and very well hidden. Maybe too well hidden. My only gripe regarding our stay was the initial finding of the driveway LOL. It looks more like a trail and it is RIGHT after the guardrail nearby. But hey, you can guarantee no one will stumble upon your private stay. The interior of this studio cabin was gorgeous and super clean. Overall, we ran out of time to explore all of Saugatuck and we will definitely be using this place again the next time we visit.

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon! The hosts went above and beyond with a sweet note and gift welcoming us. The house is small - perfect for 2 people! We loved the privacy and having the outdoor space available. Planned to grill and had too good of a time finding restaurants to try! Place was very clean and well-maintained, plenty of towels(!), and hosts were very friendly and communicative.

Very cozy and cute place! I loved the short walk into town. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend. My family & fur-baby adored this place and I definitely plan to come back. I loved the backyard! It’s so big! It was fun to hang back there and exercise. I have so many good things to say.

Joanna’s place was the perfect getaway for our family. It was clean, had amenities for our 1 year old son and was peaceful and quiet. Additionally, she provided great info about the nearby town to include restaurants, activities, shops, etc. I would highly recommend staying at her place!

Review..... Host Annette was very accommodating and fast response. The home is a very quaint cottage with every amenity we needed. There are many water toys (peddle boat, kayak, paddle board) and life jackets. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing and swimming. But, the best part is the amazing view. Even saw a deer in the lake! This cute house was the perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. It was walking distance to the lake and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Holland. The host was also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a trip to Holland!

The house is well represented in the photos online. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities for our stay. Beautiful location near the lake, great area for walking and just a few miles from downtown Holland. Perfect for our long weekend stay during Tulip Time and to see family!

This was one of the best air bnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The house was just so cozy. The scenery was beautiful. It’s out of city limits but close enough that SoHa is easy to get to. The screened in back porch is perfect for cool mornings and evenings. There is only a window air unit and we were there during a rare heat wave. It did struggle a bit to keep up when we turned it up to 77 while we left the house so keep it at least of 70 if it’s hot outside. If we ever head to MI again we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Kelly was easy to work with, had great communication, was very accommodating, and the cottages were so cozy & quaint! The biggest plus was getting the opportunity to use that amazing pontoon boat and getting out on the lake. We would definitely stay at this lake again! What a fun area. Having such a fun time we started looking at Kelly’s other properties for future getaways!

We booked the cottage back in December when we were dreaming of a quick summer getaway. Ashley's place did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family of four. The location is ideal. We were able to walk to the private beach easily - they beach wagon was key. Beaches, shops and restaurants in South Haven and Saugatuck were easy to get to if we needed a change of pace. The cottage provided everything we need including a great outdoor space with a firepit to make s'mores in the evening. I'd highly recommend Ashley's place if you are looking for a peaceful vacation!

We choose Trevah’s place for our family weekend getaway. It was fun. My granddaughter enjoyed the spacious home. She answered our questions in a timely manner and was helpful getting us connected with the Marina to rent a pontoon for the day. Our family had a blast. The one thing that we all had to get used to was the lack of window shades, specially for the sunrise. Don’t get us wrong. We loved all the windows. But it was something to get used to. Definitely would will consider coming back. Thank you Trevah for sharing your home with us. Otherwise lovely home.

Mike’s place was just as described. When we got there it started storming. With young grandchildren with us they were disappointed. They weren’t for long. Mike has the garage set up full of games. Darts, shuffleboard, corn-hole, a putting green to name some. There is also PAC-Man along with another one inside. The kids, and adults, were never bored. Outside we loved the paddle boat, kayaks and paddle board. The view from the deck is amazing. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals when we didn’t eat out. I highly recommend staying at Mike and Colleen’s AirBnb.

We loved our stay on the lake! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! The lake was beautiful and peaceful and we loved having coffee on the back porch in the mornings, taking in the quiet beauty. The location was great for day trips up to Holland and Saugatuk…but there was also plenty to do within 10-20 minutes (especially if you like wineries). Would definitely stay again!

This lakefront cottage is wonderful for relaxing. Completely peaceful, cozy, and quiet! The dock is a perfect place to watch the sunset and the three season room has tremendous lake views. We really enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast in the three season porch/room. Our host (Brad) was super responsive with communications and very helpful with recommendations.
