Beachfront vacation rentals in Saugatuck Township

Highly recommend staying here for a lake vacation! It’s a beautiful spot with easy swimming, kayaking, and fishing right out the back door. It was extremely clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and dishes. The beach towels and chairs that were available were so helpful to us. And Alanna graciously allowed us a late check out after our son’s baseball game so we didn’t have to rush. I will say, we had 4 adults and 5 kids (1 toddler) and this place certainly can accommodate everyone, but probably better suited for a family of 5-6 if you have to spend time indoors. But our kids even said they wanted to make this a yearly vacation spot.

The cottage was beautiful, and though there was a little bit of miscommunication, Tim and Kate went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us! We would definitely consider staying again when it's warmer out!

I think it is safe to say that nobody wanted to leave, and we certainly hope to be back again. We are so appreciative of Lakeshore Vacation Homes and owners who made our weekend so special.

The cabin/cottage was the sweetest retreat. Nestled in a wooded area, it was a peaceful, relaxing place to begin and end our days in Michigan. We enjoyed the amazing view behind the cottage, watched deer, turkey and critters walk through as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The HOA beach was peaceful and accessible. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the lookout point. The space itself was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Our host was interactive, responsive and helpful. We'd love to come back again. Great location within easy reach of wineries, restaurants, the Art Coast and beautiful parks and beaches.

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend getaway! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We enjoyed all this property inside and outside. All the little touches from smore kits, popcorn machine, charging station, games for the family and towels for the hot tub made this property even better. We enjoyed hiking at trails nearby. My husband and son fished every day. Went into Hastings and Middleville for some amazing dinners. We had some breathtaking sunsets as well! We would love to come back when the weather is even warmer to fully enjoy the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! The space was perfect for our family and our dog, offering a cozy retreat with all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their directions/instructions were top notch. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

We stayed at Jenny’s place for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. The house located by the lake and it’s really quiet and tranquillizing. Which makes it a great place to a weekend getaway for the big city. Her place is also clean and modern. There is also a grill in the yard if you are interested in grilling in the summer afternoon. There were plenty of clean towels, dinnerware, toiletries, and extra blankets to keep you warm.

Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

This place was SO nice for the price and especially the location!! not to mention the huge relaxing hot tub on the property. wish i could have stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful stay in this A-Frame style home. The house is split down the middle and two full homes are inside! There was a large family that stayed in the other part of the home and we barely heard them. The home itself was very fun to stay in, the AC worked very well and it is incredibly close to two! beaches. We will definitely be going back and Natalie was very responsive!

Jonah’s place was absolutely perfect for our large group! So many bathrooms, bedrooms, and spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool, but the golf simulator was a big hit as well. The beach is well maintained and was perfect for the kids to enjoy during the day, and had a great bonfire space with spare camp chairs for everyone to borrow in the evenings. The kitchen is large with 2 refrigerators and stocked well with almost any cooking necessity you could need. We had one small issue with a breaker tripping, Jonah was incredibly responsive and sent someone out to check it out and fix it within the hour. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Best in South Haven! I lived in South Haven every summer during my childhood and this condo was the best of what South Haven has to offer.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay on Long Lake! Jeremy and Katie’s place was stocked with several thoughtful touches — a first aid kit, a handheld steamer, a basket with several small toiletry items, etc. Space was a little tight but it wasn’t a big deal for our five-night stay.

This booking was smooth, start to finish. Loren responded immediately to any of our questions. I will definitely look him up again for any other properties he may have when traveling to Michigan. Excellent host! I highly recommend his places!

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Beautiful, peaceful, serene - Sandra's place was comfortable for all our guests and was super well stocked with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a slower pace weekend getaway.

Awesome home with a beautiful scenic view. Quiet secluded neighborhood with a private beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would love to stay at Jodi’s home on our next trip to Benton Harbor!

When you walk in you beautiful floors and a very nice air freshener. Comfortable beds and couches also a very nice and chill neighborhood. We would’ve like to stay longer but next time for sure we will.

What a beautiful place for our families extended weekend get away. There was plenty of board and card games. We really enjoyed the large connect four game and pool table. The property and surrounding wildlife was absolutely beautiful. There was a slight delay in communication regarding the hot tub, that being said we we're there Easter weekend so I felt the delay was understandable, the issue was acknowledged and taken care of quickly and our family enjoyed relaxing time in the hot tub before we checked out. Highly recommend booking!
