This 60-acre estate features private beachfront, beach deck, firepit & hiking trails. This home can host 6 adults. Enjoy the elevated deck and rooms with plenty of lake views. A wooden deck is directly over the beach to catch the cool lake breeze (complete with lounge chairs), and the private shared beach is feet away, no stairs needed. A second deck with a bit of shade is next to the kitchen. It has a picnic table and patio table. There is a large propane gas grill on the patio next to the deck. Holland's Big Red Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk. Located between Holland & Saugatuck.

Cozy, sun-filled four-bedroom cottage located 5 miles north of South Haven & 14 miles south of Saugatuck. The house is located on a bluff with stunning views of Lake Michigan. The sunsets and views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking. Extremely quiet and serene. *In June 2025, we put in wooden stair treads down to the beach.
