Great stay in every regard. Place was immaculate, spacious, fully equipped, and in a convenient, but private location. Leigh Anne thought of everything, including paper plates (for those who don't like to wash dishes), laundry detergent, tupperware for leftovers, even butter. She came over the first night to personally deliver brand new pillows, a new coffee maker and a ton of coffee. Communication was instantaneous and much appreciated when I locked myself out one night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend without reservation.

This is an amazing location in Saugatuck! Walkable to all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, boardwalk and more. I recommend it and hope to stay there again! The windows are beautiful but not very private so keep that in mind to draw the shades most of the time. Also, no dresser and only two hangers in closet so bring a luggage system that works for you to dig through your bag. Or bring your own hangers. Otherwise, it’s a clean, beautiful, comfortable space and you should try it!

Great place, Nice area out back for relaxing, within 5 minutes of Douglas Beach which is beautiful at sunset! Would like to come back and visit in the summer months. Very nice place love the rehabbed Motel look and feel.

Very clean and comfortable efficiency. Such a great location, I don't think there could be better for my needs. For anyone concerned about noise, don't be. I turned in early my second night here and never heard anything (windows were closed). I do wish there was more flexibility to check in as I arrived 4 hours early, parked nearby and never see anyone cleaning entering or leaving the site. (It would at least be nice to be able to ask). Communication, other than asking for reviews after my stay was minimal. But I would not hesitate to come back and use this great little property again!

We loved our stay in Douglas! The apartment was great, spotless and the size exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was huge, nice kitchen and the rooms were a nice size. We were travelling with our 2 year old and there was a cute playground across the street which made it so convenient. Douglas is very peaceful and has some good restaurants and coffee shops but also a short drive to Saugatuck. Highly recommend, would definitely re-book if we’re in the area again !

Perfect location and so convenient. Isabel’s market is right I the parking lot which was really great. Christine and James place is so quiet and so many amenities. Close to everything and very comfortable. The outdoor space was really nice. Just a great place!!

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

Incredible. We had such a great stay! The place was super clean and in an awesome location—perfect for a couples getaway and a break from the kids. Norm was a fantastic host! Our family had a great week at Lisa’s place. The space was perfect. We took advantage of the swimming pool, read on the deck and did many things in the South Haven community, including kayaking, blueberry, picking and nature walks.Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay and enjoyed our first visit to the Douglas/Saugatuck area. Our recommendations were perfectly located, clean, and just like the pictures showed. Easy to find with great parking and a short checkout list. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Great little coffee shop and root beer stand within a short walk. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend

what a lovely getaway! We were in Shelbyville for a wedding at the Bay Pointe Inn and found this place. It was great! walking distance to the swim beach, local market and boat rental. it's also minutes away from bay Pointe Inn and several restaurants but set back from the road so its quiet.

What a great stay we had in Douglas Michigan. The accommodation was perfect for us and our 2 grown children. The location of the condo is centrally located in the small town of Douglas, within easy walking distance to many good eateries. The 3 min car ride to Saugatuck was a breeze, where we spent many hours checking out the small shops and enjoying the local scenery. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Thank you

Incredible location for a cozy getaway. Easy check-in. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Woosah Outside Coffee which is just a short drive away! Would rent from here again based on location alone!

Really nice and clean apartment in a safe area. The inside is a little smaller than we thought from the photos but there's lots of outdoor space. Saugatuck is super adorable as well.

Lovely house, great location, fantastic pool and hot tub and a bohemian garden feel. Short walk to centre and a brilliant location overall. Hosts are super friendly and lightening quick responding. Thanks so much for letting us share your lovely house.

We’ve stayed with John multiple times. We love the space and the grounds are gorgeous. The new pool is an amazing addition. John provides everything you could ever want… beach chairs, umbrella, firewood, coffee, bug spray, sunscreen… I love that John and Bryan are on the property but we still have the right amount of privacy as well as friendly hosts. And unlike many AirBnBs - you don’t have to take out your trash or strip your beds. I appreciate not having to do this.

Great stay with John and Bryan! We loved how close and easy the walk into DT Saugatuck was, and DT Douglas was just a short drive away! The space was great and perfect for the two of us. Having the koi pond and sound of water right next to the deck was great and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool! Just wish we’d been up for getting a fire going, but we jammed a lot into our 3 full days there. Definitely make sure you’re up to the stairs, they are the only way in and out. Overall we were happy we chose this spot for our extended weekend in town. Would definitely book with John and Bryan again. Cheers and thanks for having us! Mike & Tina
