One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our farm is located at about 1,300 meters above sea level (the road is paved to the farm) with a magnificent view of the Mendelkamm and in the background the Cevedale glacier as well as lots of beautiful peaks that characterize our Alpine region. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the city, you can enjoy the untouched nature on our mountain farm. Experience everyday farm life with us. Cows, calves, cats, hens and a rooster live with us on the farm all year round.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment is very close to the Reinswald ski resort. The apartment is newly built with climate standard A. It is very sunny from morning to evening. Views across the whole valley. Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, pans, cups, glasses, etc. Also in autumn, September and October, you can go hiking wonderfully. Spring in May, June and even mid-April is wonderful for hiking in the reawakened nature.
