Die alte Stube, historische Betten und Leuchten, 2 Holzöfen, eine alte Veranda mit Essplatz, Parkettböden und ein großer Garten mit alten Obstbäumen machen einen Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Lehmverputzte Innenwände, Fußboden- und Wandheizung sowie überdachte PKW-Stellplätze bieten dazu den entsprechenden Komfort. Limonaia mit atemberaubendem See- und Bergblick

Ca. 200 Jahre altes Bauernhaus (Limonaia) mit Pool mit 135 qm Wohnfläche in 4.000 qm Olivenhain mit Zitronenbäumen u.v.m.. Etwa 90 Höhenmeter über dem Gardasee, dieser ist ca. 450 Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Die Ortsmitte von Gargnano erreicht man über einen 300 Jahre alten, wunderschönen Wanderweg (ca. 1,4 km), oder in 8 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, steht zur exklusiven Nutzung zur Verfügung und lädt an vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen ein.

La struttura si trova a Brentonico immersa nel verde delle montagne del Baldo, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il lago di Garda e in 10 minuti si raggiungono le montagne dell'Altipiano. La villetta ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con un ampia zona giorno. E' disponibile una piscina coperta riscaldata funzionante tutto l'anno. E' presente una palestra con Kinesis di Tecnogym. Il giardino offre una vista delle montagne magnifica.
