Vacation rentals with beach access in S'Archittu

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

It doesn't get any better! Large apartment, great location right on the sea with exciting excursion destinations in the area and an extremely friendly hostess. If the surroundings and the weather weren't so great, I would have liked to leaf through one or the other non-fiction book. The selection looked very exciting.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

We were hosted very well by Antonio. The house is clean, spacious, very nice, well equipped. Beautiful terrace for an aperitif at the end of the day facing the sea. It is also very well located geographically. We took beautiful motorbike rides, visited Alghero, Bosa, the archaeological site of Tharros... We highly recommend this host whom we will be sure to request again.

Giovanni and his wife's apartment was perfect for my stay in Sardinia. You have a wonderful view of the sea from everywhere, are a few minutes' walk from the beach and can start hiking along the coast directly from the front door. However, you should still have a car on site, as shopping for everyday needs and exploring the rest of the island is otherwise difficult. The apartment itself is simple but very well equipped, the premises correspond to what the photos show. Everything was very neat and clean. Giovanni and his wife are great, warm hosts, always approachable and were very flexible with both check-in and check-out. I felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back.

We were in one of Maria's houses as a family (2 adults and 2 young kids) and had a great time during our 11 day stay. First, we were warmly welcomed with coffee and cake and great suggestions for what to do during our time in Alghero. Then, the house was just cleaned and everything was ready for us to move in. Maria and her daughter Erica were always available for additional questions or other help. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome - we had a great time and will be back in the future!

If you are looking for tranquility, many bathing trips every day, relaxing, barbecue in the yard, and the most beautiful view, then you have to choose this accommodation. It is not place with very high luxury, or bars and youth life, but a cozy and relaxing holiday destination that we will definitely come back to. 🤩🥰 You prefer to have a car, because it's a long way into the town of Cabras.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment which looks more like a house! Several terraces, very nice view, quiet neighborhood... enough to recharge your batteries :) Very few activities in the area if you're not really into the beach. Ides was very responsive by message, and her on-site contact was also responsive and pleasant (despite the language barrier!) Thank you, grazie!

We felt very comfortable at Gianni and Ines' place! Both always responded very quickly to messages, the place was very clean. We especially appreciated the quiet location!

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

The very nice and quiet location with wonderful views delighted us. You definitely need a car here to explore the surrounding area and for shopping, the supermarket was closed and only one restaurant open(end of April). It is best to get everything in the supermarket before arrival in Guspini or Oristano. The path to the beach with 15 minutes walking is no problem. The host was always quick to respond and the neighbors were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is stunning with great views of the coastline. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a perfect Sardinian getaway!

Nanda and Franco made our stay in Sardinia special. We felt very welcomed, almost like good friends or even family, but with great respect to our privacy. It's truly unique treatment. The hosts were very helpful with everything we needed, very open and kind. What to write more...? The house located in a small town up on the hill was the one we expected - cozy, but spacious, well designed with art pieces, quiet, warmer or colder, as preferred. All the necessary equipment was there. So for us it was 10/10 experience.

The location of the property is ideal for visiting all the local beaches. The property is very clean and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The garden area is beautiful and there was lots of shaded space. There is a large bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge. Carlo is a very responsive and helpful host.

Small but very nice! The studio is perfectly thought out – it really lacks nothing! Piergiorgio welcomed me very warmly and I was immediately spoiled with homemade olive oil, fresh fruit from the garden, delicious cookies and cool drinks – pure hospitality! I immediately felt completely comfortable. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance, and the beautiful, long sandy beach is also within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the garden is simply fantastic. I was happy without a care and will be happy to come back.🌞

Gianpiero is a super friendly, helpful and friendly guest! The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, the balcony overlooking the sea and dunes is a gem! Well-stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and all desirable accessories. Clean and fragrant house. Beautiful location 5 minutes on foot from the sea and the dunes, in the village there is food, restaurants and tobacco bars. everything perfect, we highly recommend

Located in the middle of the vineyard, this apartment offers everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in this beautiful corner of Sardinia. The two apartments are located on the upper floor of a villa with a large terrace in front, where you can relax wonderfully, from which you can watch the sea and the sunsets. Both apartments are family-friendly due to the respective second room. They are managed by Stefano, the son of Emidio. Stefano can be easily reached via WA. A vehicle seems essential to us for shopping, visiting the beaches or visiting the nearby towns.

The apartment was great. Carla and Gabriele were very nice and greeted us personally. We felt very comfortable. Everything was available and there was nothing missing. Everything was simply available and the apartment well organized down to the smallest detail. The apartment was very very clean and nicely furnished. For us, it was the best, most well-maintained and cleanest accommodation on our round trip through Sardinia. Those who like seafood will get their money's worth in this region, as the restaurants offer all seafood. There are beautiful beaches nearby.

The apartment was lovely—-well stocked with anything a guest might need. All the furnishings were in excellent condition and spotless. Valeria was always available when we had questions, gave excellent recommendations, and was extremely welcoming and flexible about check-in and check-out times. We look forward to returning to Sardinia and to Valeria’s comfortable apartment.
