The house consists of a living area on the upper floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. The garden is accessed from the two floors and gives the house peace and privacy. You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes. The beaches of S'Archittu and Santa Caterina are a 5-minute drive, those of the Sinis peninsula are 30 minutes away and the coastal area of Bosa can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and welcoming nest of love, suitable for those who want to have sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plains, hills and mountains and a living, authentic tradition

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
