This is pretty much a perfect AirBnB rental. The place is so nicely decorated, full of charm, and easily walkable to the entirety of downtown attractions. My Mom and I were absolutely delighted with the stay. It’s also only about a 20 min (very pleasant) walk to the track. The hosts were very proactive in communications, the parking is excellent, and they even left a nice treat for us on arrival. The usual amenities are there as well as some less usual (shampoo and soap provided, sound machines in bedrooms) and the beds are excellent. With the proximity to town, you are able to hear some music and activity from inside the home at night - this is just a reality of staying in town on probably the busiest weekend of the year (Belmont) and was not disruptive to our stay at all but the sound machines were a nice touch to mask it. The hosts also left great recommendations for local restaurants that we took full advantage of!
A well-equipped kitchen features wooden cabinetry and modern appliances, including a microwave and stainless-steel refrigerator. A round table with four black chairs occupies the center, providing a space for meals. Natural light enters through the window above the sink, creating a bright atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay with Lowell. He was a very helpful and friendly host. The place was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated that it was a dog friendly home as we brought our 2 dogs with us. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Very nice stay. Very clean and welcoming quick responses and helpful. Instructions was very clear and overall a very nice time.

Morgan was a great host, and his property was perfect for our group! Good proximity to Saratoga Springs, and was perfect for when we were visiting the race track. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
A two-story lodge features a spacious deck supported by green railings, allowing for outdoor relaxation. A staircase leads to the second level. Colorful life jackets and other items are stored nearby, nestled among the grass, providing an indication of the active waterfront lifestyle.

Fantastic views. Cozy cottages. A retreat/adventure rolled into one. Tons to do in the area, Lake George just minutes away if you are looking for a bit more hustle and bustle, or stay lakeside and enjoy the complimentary kayaks and of course if you’re up for a bit more of a challenge head out early to climb Hadley and take in the breath taking views Lake Luzerne has to offer! My family will definitely be heading back next summer. Thanks Chandelier

This was my second stay at Kelly’s place and I look forward to going back. The house is beautiful and the bed is one of the coziest I’ve ever slept on. Kelly is a lovely person. I’m grateful to have crossed paths and have a comfortable place to stay when I visit family in the area.

I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. The room was in pristine condition, it smelled clean and fresh at all times, it felt spacious and homey. Munna was immediately responsive to my inquiries and very kind and hard working. The bathroom was spacious and very tidy and clean. The main space felt cozy and private yet not lonely. will absolutely book again.
