Stephen’s place was amazing!!! He was very quick to respond and very accommodating. His place was gorgeous, very clean, peaceful and we really enjoyed watching the beautiful horses on the property. Would absolutely recommend his place to everyone!

A great spot and close to track and downtown Saratoga Springs. Very comfy and spacious for a group up to 8. Some cute items Star Wars decor.

We had a wonderful stay at Darrel & Sara’s for a long holiday weekend. So nice to have the pool and backyard available on the summer days. And a nice cozy fire pit with chairs and a table and lighting for hanging later at night. Darrel & Sara were open and communicative with us from the start. I have severe cat allergies, but for this trip we were traveling with friends who had a dog. When I inquired ahead of time about the specifics of the kind of pet friendly space I can stay in, I received a thoughtful and understanding response from the hosts. We were attending a couple of shows at SPAC and the proximity to the park was truly a gift.

We ate most meals on the deck admiring the lake and scenery. Most hot days at the lake, jumping off the floating dock, swimming and kayaking the beautiful lake. Most cool nights in the hot tub. Beautiful lake and close to many places (Saratoga, Lake George). Kids really enjoyed the lake, floating dock and hot tub as well as playing darts on the deck. Tinney’s Tavern nearby had great food and was an easy walk. Nice hiking trail nearby. Joan was easily accessible for any questions that arose.

As soon as you enter the home, you feel that the home is filled with warmth and love. The cozy ambiance excudes throughout the house, into the garden with the spa and firepit. It's a very relaxing garden. A shed is built around the hot tub allowing for both privacy and a sauna feel on a cold night. The location is minutes to downtown, which is a beautiful walk. Michael was wonderful to work with -very responsive. Such a beautiful, serene area -thank you for the generous hospitality!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Recently wrapped up a stay & could not have had a better experience! Everything was in well order, Charles was a responsive & active host, and I greatly enjoyed the space as well as Saratoga! The location is super close to everything from downtown, to Saratoga Lake, to the racetrack, & the casino! Really appreciated the warm reception, clear instructions, and professionalism! When working with Charles, you're working with a true pro! Thanks again!

My stay was actually magical! From big city to country scared me at first BUT it was 10 min to town and coming home to the house with birds and deer…. Absolutely lovely! The home had EVERYTHING you could need/want- it was spotless upon arrival-all the furnishings were comfortable yet charming-all the AC in rooms worked amazingly! Plenty of towels and linens- the kitchen had it all!!! Even spices!!! I loved my time there so much- the sunsets from the front deck- beautiful!!!!!! I will return!

The perfect rental to visit our Skidmore student. Walkable to town, nice neighborhood, walkable to local park, dog friendly, had everything we needed! Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Super comfortable beds beautiful decor. Outside deck and patio and pass thru window to kitchen especially cool. House was missing hairdryer and hosts delivered a brand new one asap.

Great location with a short walk to downtown. Exactly as described, and Dennis is very responsive. Highly recommend for a large group!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

Christina’s place was even better than advertised! The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Clean, spacious, and in a perfect location in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. Our host Christina was super responsive and was always available to help with any issues. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Saratoga!

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.

This is a lovely new home to stay in while visiting Saratoga. We were close to the lake and easy access to Saratoga National Historical Park. We also enjoyed our mornings on the back deck soaking in the quiet back yard and many birds. We visited at the beginning of the summer tourist season (area schools were still in session), so it was understandable that the lake access area was not quite ready for visitors. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6 (and no one had to sleep on a couch!). The master suite is very generous. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

I booked Devra's place on behalf of my parents. Devra was so accommodating to them! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Devra's place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival scott was very friendly. Im quite socially awkward but he made it very comfortable. We loved the atmosphere. We unexpectedly had to add a child to the trip and he was very flexible. We all had a great time. Its definitly a home away from home experience. He left us some wood to get started with and had everything you could need on your stay, from tin foil to an extra lighter for the grill to a extra towels. It was my first experience camping in a camper and I'm 9 months pregnant so I thought it would be a smart alternative to a tent and I was right . The campground had fireworks and a band play threw out the weekend.. the pool and mini golf were a great plus. We did have one issue with the fridge stopped working but scott rushed us over a mini fridge that worked great and nothing was lost. I recommend staying here. we will be back in the future.

Melissa’s home was absolutely perfect for our family! The place was clean, spacious, and had an incredible backyard and pool. This Airbnb truly felt like our home for 5 days. Melissa was prompt in answering questions and always made herself available if we needed something. We would absolutely stay again!

We had the best time staying here for Memorial Day weekend! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. We were able to make a home made meal with all that was provided in the kitchen and we truly felt at home. The steam room in the basement and the large screened in porch were both big hits! We definitely plan on coming back when its warmer so we can utilize the beautiful pool!

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Our family of four had a very memorable 4-night stay. Everything was very clean and our hosts provided all we needed and more. The pool area was the highlight, with its awe-inspiring mountain view, soft lounge chairs, dining table, and fire pit. The apartment is large and comfy with large couches, a big TV, a pool table, ping pong, Nok Hockey, darts, and lots of other games. It has a nice bedroom with an incredible window view, and a Queen-size futon in the living area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and had a nice sized table. We loved the rustic decor throughout. The outdoor shower felt amazing. Kim and Mike were very gracious and helpful. They supplied firewood and kindling and even a kit for us to make s’mores. The pool and shower towels, and extra blankets and sheets all came in very handy. It was the perfect getaway for our family!

Great hosts that make you feel right at home. We were greeted with some extra special touches that we were not expecting during our stay, that was very thoughtful. The space is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We would definitely come back

We had a great visit! The hosts were extremely responsive and even offered early check-in since the house was ready ahead of schedule. The layout was perfect for our group and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (and more). The pool was an added bonus and we were able to spend time in the quiet yard. The area was quiet and just a short drive to Broadway, the race track, and other spots in the area. Communication was clear and check-in and check-out were easy. We would recommend this house and hope to stay again next time we’re in town!
