The apartment perfectly matches the description. It's small, but complete with everything you need for short or long stays, including a washing machine in an external closet. We found everything perfectly clean. The host, Peter, is available for any request or need and ready to give directions on the area. She is also very friendly and willing to chat about anything. The area is quiet and safe, so much so that it would hardly be necessary to lock the door.

We went to this wonderful house for Easter, two families with children... What can I say... surrounded by nature, surrounded by orchards, the villa is as described, clean and perfect if you have children, they could play outside and run safely. There are many hares that run freely among the orchards, which for me was pleasant. Mrs. Valeriana was very kind as well as Mr. Antonio, they made us find Easter eggs for the children, fruit juices, a tart and cookies, they gave us tips on where to go for Easter lunch since we were looking for a seafood restaurant on the sea and we had a very good time, available and hospitable qualities that I often found going on vacation in this region. I would say everything is perfect and the fact that I am immersed in nature personally by a huge peace. I absolutely recommend this villa, the sea and a half-hour drive away, there is a well-served nearby village, and Mirabilandia 20m away

We found Monica and her husband to be a delightful couple who went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and communicative. The apartment, which was the perfect size for a couple or a single person, was spotless and everything appeared to be brand new. It was situated in a lovely neighbourhood which was a short bus ride from the centre of town - or 20-minute walk. There was also a large supermarket nearby. We have no hesitation in recommending Monica’s apartment.
