Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. La nostra permanenza è stata piacevole, l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulito, in ordine e fornito dell’utile indispensabile. Ventilato tutto il giorno, che non rende assolutamente necessario un climatizzatore. Punto di merito la vista, è meravigliosa come da foto. Molto caratteristico anche il paesino in cui si trova, fermo nel tempo e lontano dalla calca turistica. Luca è un host sempre reperibile e a disposizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ein sehr nettes Appartement mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön. Es ist ruhig, idyllisch gelegen. Man braucht allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, der nächstgelegene Ort, die Geschäfte und Arzt sind nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht ganz neu. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort und fanden die Unterkunft grossartig. Vor allem den grossen, traumhaften Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es hat verschiedene Plätze mit Liegestühlen und Loungemöbeln und einen grossen Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm (der auch bei Regen schützt). Von dort hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Abendsonne haben wir auf dem Platz (Solarium) oberhalb des Hauses genossen. Von dort hat man eine wunderbare Weitsicht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet und wird sehr gut unterhalten. Nach einem Gewitter war der Boiler defekt und wurde sofort durch einen Neuen ersetzt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war grossartig. Er kümmerte sich sofort um alles und antwortete postwendend. Zum fantastischen Strand von Fetovaia sind es 10-15 Minuten Fussmarsch. Ein Stück des Weges führt entlang der Strasse, uns störte dies jedoch nicht. Wir geben dieser Wohnung die Bestnote und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Casa semplice, ma pulita ed accogliente, il suo punto di forza l’esterno immerso in un’ombreggiante pineta con vista sul mare e caminetto esterno. Gentili ed ospitali all’accoglienza. Consiglio.

Die perfekte Villa für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und die traumhafte Lage der Villa während des gesamten Aufenthaltes genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura hat hervorragend funktioniert, sie war stets sofort erreichbar und hat direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Graziella war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen und wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Es war einfach so schön.

Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare in campagna alle porte di Marina di Campo. Ulivi, piante decorative e da frutto, risveglio col cinguettio delle rondini e il canto del gallo. Sonia e Antonella amano il loro casolare diffuso e si vede dalla cura e passione che ci mettono. Ho ricevuto l'upgrade ad un appartamento più grande, curato, pulito, arredato e corredato, anche con balcone esterno. La posizione è strategica sia per Marina di Campo raggiungibile in pochi minuti, vicino a un grande Conad per la spesa e in direzione delle belle spiagge del lato sud e ovest. Sarò felice di tornare a trovarvi.
