L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Farmhouse 2 km from the sea

If you like a place with character which is full of books and interesting artefacts set in a little hamlet, this is perfect. If you like a place to be scrupulously clean and tidy, this may be a challenge. Fortunately we are the former and had a lovely week in Carlo’s house. Although it is by the airport there is hardly any air traffic so it is quiet and rural. The bus stop is 5 mins walk , the supermarket 10 mins and the beach 30 mins. There is plenty to do straight out of the house. We hired bikes from the local garage and had a great day going round the coastal road to Pomonte. We also hiked inland and on the coastal path . Carlo was very helpful and responsive to any queries. We recommend this stay.

Our stay was pleasant, we found the apartment clean, tidy and provided with the essentials. Ventilated all day, which does not require an air conditioner at all. Point of merit, the view is wonderful as shown in the photo. Also very characteristic is the village in which it is located, stopped in time and away from the tourist spot. Luca is a host who is always available and available. We'll definitely be back!

Simple, but clean and cozy house, its strong point on the exterior immersed in a shaded pine forest overlooking the sea and an outdoor fireplace. Gentle and hospitable to welcome. I recommend.

The perfect villa for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed the fantastic location of the villa during the entire stay. The communication with Laura worked excellently, she was always immediately available and responded directly to questions. The on-site support by Ms. Graziella was also excellent. I highly recommend this property and if it turns out we will definitely be back. It was just so lovely.

I loved staying in the countryside just outside Marina di Campo. Olive trees, decorative and fruit plants, awakening with the chirping of swallows and the crowing of a rooster. Sonia and Antonella love their popular cottage and it shows from the care and passion they put into it. I received the upgrade to a larger, well-kept, clean, furnished and equipped apartment, even with an outdoor balcony. The location is strategic both for Marina di Campo, which can be reached in a few minutes, close to a large Conad for shopping and in the direction of the beautiful beaches on the south and west side. I'll be happy to come back and see you.
