House vacation rentals in Santi Cosma e Damiano

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

We waren hier voor 3 dagen en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De hele familie was ontzettend gastvrij en aardig en kregen we van alles aangeboden zoals zelfgemaakte mozzarella of een mooie wijn uit de omgeving, heel erg lief en super lekker! Ook gaf Alessio ons goede tips voor bijvoorbeeld ons bezoek aan Napoli. Het huis en de keuken zijn volledig uitgerust waardoor je lekker kan koken in het huis. Bij het huisje buiten kan je privé zitten, verder deel je de tuin en het zwembad met de familie. Ze hebben katten die naar je toe komen en aanhankelijk zijn, daar moet je van houden :-). Al met al zijn we super blij dat we hier verbleven en zouden we het zeker aanraden om hier een aantal nachten te blijven, het is een fijne plek weg van de drukte en alles bezienswaardigheden zijn binnen het uur met de auto te bereiken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The family felt relaxed and happy the moment that we arrived, met our hosts and settled into our stay! Our hosts were kind and generous people, who left a basket of the farm produce for us to eat. It was delicious! Grazie! Maria pia ci ha accolti con molta disponibilità cortesia, gentile e socievole. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, 3 stanze da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, cucina ampia, bel giardino a disposizione, la casa è posizionata all inizio di Terracina a 5 minuti in macchina dalle spiagge, al di fuori delle zone Trafficate. Consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo lontano dal traffico ma vicino alle zone balneari

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

Sono stati 5 giorni tranquilli, la casa si trova a 20 minuti dal centro andando a piedi e la vista mare e' spettacolare.

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Ottimo alloggio, pulito e confortevole. Esterno attrezzato adatto per le famiglie e host gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla (pregio!) Ma per spostarsi serve la macchina

Il ns soggiorno, purtroppo troppo breve, a Napoli è stato molto piacevole, anche grazie al bel app di Fabrizio e alla sua calda accoglienza. Mia figlia e io ci siamo sentite subito a ns agio e al sicuro. Il vicinato è un tantino rumoroso, ma molto simpatico. Le finestre isolano bene e con l´aria condizionata si stà da Maradona a Napoli. 😅 Raccomandato tanto tanto.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft war top. Ich habe eine wundervolle Zeit dort mit meinen Freundinnen verbracht, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. :) Francesco war ein unfassbar lieber Gastgeber und hat uns immer gerne mit Tipps für Napoli beigestanden. Reisen wir nochmal nach Neapel, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Francesco und Anna einchecken. 😊

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Pilone. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Küste und ins Hinterland (heiße Quellen, etc.). Linda war ein hilfreicher Host und stets zu erreichen. Der Boden in Fett Unterkunft war im Frühling für ein Krabbelkind etwas zu kalt, aber das ist im Sommer sicher ein Plus.

L'abitazione è stata piú spaziosa e carina di quanto si presentava nelle foto.Quartiere tranquillo e pulito. Sofia e suo fratello sono stati molto gentili e disponibili da subito.Da non sottovalutare la presenza di ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze! È stata una perfetta vacanzina di tre giorni!! La suggerisco a chiunque voglia staccare dal tram tram quotidiano!! Esperienza da ripetere senz'altro!

Imma was very responsive and helpful host. The apartment is super nice and very spacious. We loved it. It’s close to airport as well. Imma also helped us keep our bags after check out as we had some time to walk around. Highly recommend this place.
