Full bathroom with everything with two sinks and washing machine. A kitchen complete with everything set pots and accessories. A dining room with a comfortable table. The villa has 3 air conditioners and wifi with no connection limits. Outside you will find a sofa with armchairs and a large table for the whole family, even a nice barbecue.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year - in this spacious, fully air-conditioned and quiet accommodation. This newly renovated apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area of Sant' Antioco. From here you can quickly get to the surrounding beautiful beaches, and it is about 10-15 minutes' walk to the square. The apartment was renovated in 2023 and fully furnished with new furniture (incl. kitchen). As well as a modern, spacious bathroom and a guest toilet.

The house has two very large bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower completely renovated. Equipped with two heat pumps, the house is located a two-minute walk from the town square and the port where the ferry to Carloforte departs. All services are very close.
