Comfortable, air-conditioned apartment, Bastia harbor

Very nice 2-room apartment, completely renovated with taste and fully equipped, cut off from outside noise thanks to triple glazed windows and cooled by air conditioning, located in the hyper center of Bastia, near the old port and the market square. Ideally located, close to all the restaurants and shops of the pedestrian street Napoléon, the large Place Saint Nicolas, the Quai des Martyrs. Lots of nearby shops. The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

A dining area is presented with a wooden table surrounded by light green chairs, overlooking expansive ocean views through large glass windows. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the minimalist decor and a pendant light hanging above the table, creating a calming atmosphere.

Our apartment is as if it were on the sea... The first beach is a few steps away. Carefully chosen bedding. The apartment is dual-aspect and extremely bright. A Micheline stop 50 m away connects the city center of Bastia in 3 minutes and Corte, Ajaccio or Calvi in a few hours. A few minutes' walk to the city center or the beach. Private outdoor parking with barrier. Wi-Fi/Netflix available. Monoprix and Picard 400 m away. We also rent a fabulous rooftop villa on Biguglia 9 km away, go see it!

About 10 minutes from Bastia city center, this apartment located in a very quiet environment will charm you with its unique breathtaking sea view. The ground floor opens onto a 10 m2 covered terrace; followed by an equipped kitchen and then a large room with reversible air conditioning combining a living room area and a sleeping area with a small shower room. Free access to part of the garden. Baby equipment is free and available upon request. Free parking in front of the accommodation.

Beautiful 2-bedroom with balcony, completely tastefully renovated in March 2022. Ideal location, in the heart of Bastia, at the top of the main Boulevard Paoli and a few minutes' walk from Place St Nicolas and the Old Port. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a beautiful, quiet and secure building. Free parking spots on some nearby streets as well as GAUDIN parking (for a fee) within 50 m. Close to all amenities with many shops, restaurants and boutiques.

All amenities are in the immediate vicinity; parking, restaurant, bank, boulangerie, supermarket, tobacco. Commercial port; Ferry 5 min drive and 20 min from Poretta airport.

The accommodation was beautiful, sweet, warm, the quality of the furniture, the decoration was very good quality and we did not lack anything. We also appreciated the presence of the basic necessities (coffee, biscuits, pasta, etc.) thank you. We felt very good there and at home. The views are simply splendid!

This is a beautiful and extremely clean apartment with amazing views. It has all the amnesties needed for a great air bnb stay in a foreign country. It is also located in the heart of the cultural area central to all the best tourist attractions of Bastia, which we greatly enjoyed. On this note, please be mindful there are 5 steep staircases to climb in order to reach the apartment which is understandable as this is an old building. This would definitely be a physically challenging task to someone unable to carry their own luggage up this many steps. It wasn’t an issue to me as my husband was with me, but it is something to strongly consider. Overall it was a very nice stay and I do recommend it.

We are frequent Airbnb users and this was one of my favorite stays. Beautiful house, very esthetic, and equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation with our 3 year old son. The pool obviously an added bonus. Beautiful beaches nearby and an exquisite restaurant (Corniche) just 8 min away. I cannot recommend this place enough. Definitively planning on returning in the future.

Nathalie is a very friendly and helpful host. The very lovingly and richly detailed outdoor area is particularly noteworthy. Various high-quality furniture groupings are available to guests, so you can enjoy the beautiful view depending on your preference. A vehicle is highly recommended. We really enjoyed our unfortunately short stay.
