In a 15-minute walk you can reach the tree-lined course, Via V. Emanuele, our village center. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Calasetta marina is only about 100 metres away, while the beautiful beaches of Sottotorre, Le Saline and Spiaggia Grande are all within easy reach.

The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
