We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We stayed there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is nice for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to come to this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - you're in the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for having us in your home.

There were 12 of us in the house, couples with children, and whatever I say would fall short. The house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we thought it was amazing and we will definitely be back!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

They welcomed us very warmly, everything was just right. Quiet place from which to go anywhere in Cantabria. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Carlos and Ana are great hosts. Highly recommended

We spent 6 days at Maria's house and we loved it. Fully equipped to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Very quiet area. A few kilometers from the most touristy places to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend it.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

The place is perfect, it was very clean and full of details. Perfect communication. We had already been there and we will definitely be back

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family-friendly, just like the photos, a super well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a very comfortable bathroom with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after a whole day of sightseeing, the terrace is indescribable, super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets are beyond words. It's a very quiet place, ideal to disconnect and get out of your routine. A car is ESSENTIAL as there are no services nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is NOT suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, there are more stairs. The parking space is large, but to access it you need a forklift that is quite "tight" depending on the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts was a 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luis' house. The house looks beautiful and is very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! We were welcomed by Ana who explained everything to us and by a delicious bottle of wine. Luis is a good host and the house is very clean and tidy. The beach is within walking distance and the area is very beautiful. If we go on vacation in the area again, we'd love to come back!

Very spacey apartment duplex, with super nice terrace, large full kitchen, large bedrooms, fast wifi and excellent shower! A perfect stay! Very close to the beach!

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon our arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many opportunities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything couldn't be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be busier (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage space is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a very great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great plus!

We are a family with two teens & had a week here. Charo was the perfect host & met us at the apartment to show us where everything is. We walked everywhere with ease. Santander was surprisingly hilly,however, there are lifts, escalators etc on lots of streets to take you up to the next level - it’s quite unique! There’s a tunnel we found which is a short cut to Sardinero beach. Great beach & waves. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, good quality beds linen, blackout blinds & a terrace with view of the bay. 10 minute walk to the sea. Lots of beaches & restaurants to choose from. Central, safe location. Must see trip is the Picos de Europa - absolutely stunning. We would recommend staying here. Many thanks Charo 😊

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. They are very attentive at all times.With parking in the door and garage. Very complete, looking forward to coming back.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

Highly recommended, the service is spectacular and responds very quickly. The apartment is very good, clean, comfortable and accessible. Worth repeating.
