Vacation rentals with beach access in Santander

This was the second time we had stayed at the property and it lived up to expectations. Great location close to the beach and plenty of good bars and restaurants. Great hosts, great place.

Very comfortable apartment, bed was lovely. Close to seafront, bars, restaurants, bus and train stations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family and finally thank you to Chema for being a great communicator.

We loved our stay at Carmens house in Santander. Carmen and Carlos met us at the property and instantly made us feel at home. Carmen is really receptive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The property is within a few minutes walk to Santander’s buzzing city centre and beautiful esplanade, and 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the stunning Playa el Sardinero. The property is modern, clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. If we are back in Santander again, we wouldn’t think twice bout staying at Carmen’s place again.

This neighborhood is just beautiful. Easy to walk to beach, stores, restaurants, and transportation. Celia was a superb host and we so appreciated her meeting us at check in. The terrace is the bomb! We enjoyed wine and sunsets as well as morning coffee and siestas there. It was just what we needed after high intensity cities like Bilbao and San Sebastián. Santander and the Sardinero neighborhood surprised us. Just lovely. Toured with Hop on Hop off and it was perfect. We really loved staying in this apartment and would love to return!

Apartment located in a good area near bars supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the city center, very nice and modern, it stands out for the bathroom, which is really the highlight, access takes only a few minutes the first time but once the process happens, it's a walk, great value for money

Enjoyed our stay, it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and was close to the beach, we had a lovely time and hope to come back again.

The rental is as described, very nice spot. We had a pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The apartment's views of the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed hiking by the sea and other equally exotic places. Thanks to Manuel for hosting us and for his professionalism. We recommend... The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

The place is wonderful, the location is perfect for hiking trails or hikes to go to other towns or cities. The house is simply beautiful and cozy, good mattresses and clothes that smell clean. The dream landscape and the wonderful workers including Juanjo, Conchi and Xavi are available and very friendly to help you in whatever you need, I thought it was an unrepeatable experience but I want to repeat 😄

Very nice house with a breathtaking ocean view. Located 300 m from the beach, it's a peaceful place. The house is very well-equipped and there is serenity. The host is very nice and attentive. I would recommned this property

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-out time: it's usually at 12 noon and so there's more time to clean, but in this case it was at 11.

The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

The stay was very pleasant, starting with Pilar, who was always attentive. The house is very conveniently located, in a quiet area and with everything you might need, in addition to being impeccable. We would come back and recommend it without any hesitation.

We are a family with two teens & had a week here. Charo was the perfect host & met us at the apartment to show us where everything is. We walked everywhere with ease. Santander was surprisingly hilly,however, there are lifts, escalators etc on lots of streets to take you up to the next level - it’s quite unique! There’s a tunnel we found which is a short cut to Sardinero beach. Great beach & waves. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, good quality beds linen, blackout blinds & a terrace with view of the bay. 10 minute walk to the sea. Lots of beaches & restaurants to choose from. Central, safe location. Must see trip is the Picos de Europa - absolutely stunning. We would recommend staying here. Many thanks Charo 😊

The property was very comfy and clean. Easy walk to the beach and shops. But also far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Carmen was always quick to respond and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santander.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. Cristiva and Ivan are super attentive and friendly hosts. His house is perfect for enjoying the area and relaxing for a few days. It is beautiful and magically located.
