Vacation rentals with beach access in Sant'Alessio Siculo

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Beautiful apartment with a spacious balcony with stunning views of the sea. Very clean and generous with all essentials including pasta, olive oil, salt , pepper, suntan lotion and moisturizer, all items we thought we would have to buy. Francesca was helpful with recommendations for restaurants, coffee bars, pizza and supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Super ,déco et emplacement au top! Antonio très sympathique !

Die Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Lage macht das absolut wett: Direkt neben einem Discounter und in erster Reihe zum Strand – von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen traumhaften 180-Grad-Blick über das Meer und die umliegenden Gebiete. Die Stadt selbst ist charmant mit zwei, drei kleinen Restaurants, und auch die umliegenden Orte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Hochsommer ist die Location wirklich ideal – da kann man nichts falsch machen. Die Terrasse erreicht man über eine Wendeltreppe, sie gehört zu einem kleinen separaten Apartment, das auf den Fotos im Inserat etwas anders wirkt. Am besten vorher genau anschauen. Wer sehr groß ist, sollte die Dachschräge bedenken – aber auch das ist machbar. Arthur war sehr hilfsbereit, als Internet und Fernseher anfangs nicht funktionierten. Alles in allem: Wer eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer sucht und über kleinere Eigenheiten hinwegsehen kann, ist hier genau richtig.

Ihana loma aivan meren äärellä! Marian asunnossa oli mahtava viettää loma meren rannalla. Asunto oli tilava, toimiva ja siisti. Parveke esteettömällä merinäköalalla oli suosikkipaikkamme. Snorklailimme useita kertoja päivässä ja retkille nouto onnistui majapaikasta hyvin. Letojannin keskusta on kävelymatkan päässä, jossa on ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Viihdyimme tosi hyvin, Maria oli todella avulias ja huolehtivainen ja vastasi aina heti. Kiitos tästä lomasta. Palaamme varmasti tänne uudellen.

Amazing modern apartment with a private beach! Very light and well-equipped. The highlight for me was the huge terrace, where I spent most of my time relaxing. The apartment is well located, with easy access to major tourist spots like Etna, Taormina, and Siracusa. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby, and the best pastry shop in Catania is just a 10-minute walk away. Giuseppe and Valerio were incredibly responsive and friendly hosts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Alfio’s place is beautiful and situated in a quiet area with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly locals. Alfio’s father, Mario, was also wonderful and for a small fee, took us out on his boat to explore and swim. Cannot wait to come back to this area when we return to Sicily.

Appartamento super accogliente, zona tranquillissima, si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi posto a piedi. Salvatore molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento ben curato e pulito, con una terrazza splendida. Lo consiglio assolutamente, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Daniele hat uns sehr netten begrüßt und uns mit Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Gegend beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und über einen 5min Weg über die Felsen ist man an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Große Empfehlung!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Marcellos Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn! 🙂 er ist die Seele der Unterkunft, die sie zu dem macht, was sie ist. Er ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und uns immer perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Ab dem vorletzten Tag konnten wir die tolle Plattform für den direkten Zugang zum Meer nutzen. :) Der Zugang zum Meer führt ca 200-250? durch den liebevollen eigenen Garten von Marcello. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, der durch 2 Tore erreicht werden kann. Alles in der Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt gewesen und es gab sehr viel Details.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Terasse ist ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

El departamento de Alfio es muy cómodo y cuenta con un balcón-terraza extraordinario. Las vistas al mar desde lo alto y la posibilidad de ver caer el sol cada tarde hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera realmente inigualable. El departamento está impecable: limpio, ordenado y muy bien cuidado. Agradecemos especialmente los productos de limpieza, higiene personal y productos de cocina provistos, que hicieron todo mucho más sencillo. También cuenta con estacionamiento propio en una zona común, a pocos pasos del departamento, lo cual resulta muy práctico. Alfio es un anfitrión fantástico: amable y respetuoso. ¡Gracias por todo!

Daniela is a wonderful host, always helpful and caring. On the first day of our stay I asked for a few things and Daniela delivered them very quickly. In the apartment we felt at home, there was everything we needed. Santa Teresa di Riva is a very nice town, ideal for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to various attractive places (e.g. Taormina) that are easy to reach. The sea, shops and restaurants a few steps from the apartment. I recommend this place and Daniela's apartment.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.
