Vacation rentals with beach access in Sant'Alessio Siculo

The listing was located in a quaint village that included great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We took advantage of the seaside for our walks. Very good location. Less than two hours from the accommodation we could visit the places (Siracus, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna CE) recommended to visit Sicily. Thank you Antonietta for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Beautiful apartment with a spacious balcony with stunning views of the sea. Very clean and generous with all essentials including pasta, olive oil, salt , pepper, suntan lotion and moisturizer, all items we thought we would have to buy. Francesca was helpful with recommendations for restaurants, coffee bars, pizza and supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Although the apartment is a bit outdated, the location makes up for it: right next to a discount store and in the first row to the beach – from the large terrace you have a fantastic 180-degree view of the sea and the surrounding areas. The town itself is charming with two or three small restaurants, and the surrounding towns are also within walking distance. In the height of summer, the location is really ideal – you can't go wrong. The terrace can be reached via a spiral staircase, it belongs to a small separate apartment, which looks a little different in the photos in the listing. It's best to take a close look beforehand. If you are very tall, you should consider the sloping roof – but even that is feasible. Arthur was very helpful when the Internet and TV initially did not work. All in all: If you are looking for a great location right by the sea and can overlook smaller peculiarities, this is the place to be.

I stayed in the apartment for one week and really enjoyed it. Being so close to the sea was really relaxing. Maria was always responsive and gave a lot of useful information. I recommend this place.

Amazing modern apartment with a private beach! Very light and well-equipped. The highlight for me was the huge terrace, where I spent most of my time relaxing. The apartment is well located, with easy access to major tourist spots like Etna, Taormina, and Siracusa. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby, and the best pastry shop in Catania is just a 10-minute walk away. Giuseppe and Valerio were incredibly responsive and friendly hosts. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Alfio’s place is beautiful and situated in a quiet area with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly locals. Alfio’s father, Mario, was also wonderful and for a small fee, took us out on his boat to explore and swim. Cannot wait to come back to this area when we return to Sicily.

It is as described in the pictures. The apartment is very close to the beach. That's great. At our time, there was a lot of construction work around the apartment and it was very loud. It is good to know that the terrace is visible to all neighbors on each side. Therefore, you have no privacy on the terrace. The place is otherwise very clean and has plenty of space. The host Salvatore is very helpful and nice, everything worked out great.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, with problems, and with the transfer of our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, as it feels almost directly on the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

We had a wonderful stay. Daniele greeted us very nicely and advised us with recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace and direct access to the sea are the highlights of the apartment. The apartment is quietly located and a 5-minute walk over the rocks takes you to a small quiet beach. Highly recommended!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

We spent a great week at Marcello's place. It is a beautiful property with a charming garden and super friendly cats. Marcello was very helpful and attentive. Gave us very helpful tips and recommendations. We definitely recommend and we enjoyed every minute! Kitchen has all the essentials. Plus, an outdoor space for cooking and dining. There's a nice beach club with crystal clear water nearby, only 5min walk. Having car at this location is recommended- there are many places to discover and the garden has a secured parking.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Alfio's apartment is very comfortable and has an extraordinary balcony-terrace. The ocean views from above and the possibility of watching the sun set every evening made our stay truly unparalleled. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and very well kept. We especially appreciate the cleaning, personal hygiene and cooking products provided, which made everything much easier. It also has its own parking in a common area, a few steps from the apartment, which is very practical. Alfio is a fantastic host: friendly and respectful. Thank you for everything!

Daniela is a wonderful host, always helpful and caring. On the first day of our stay I asked for a few things and Daniela delivered them very quickly. In the apartment we felt at home, there was everything we needed. Santa Teresa di Riva is a very nice town, ideal for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to various attractive places (e.g. Taormina) that are easy to reach. The sea, shops and restaurants a few steps from the apartment. I recommend this place and Daniela's apartment.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.
