David’s retreat in the woods was exactly that - a restful nest in the trees. Quiet and private. Clear instructions and great local recommendations. Lots of hooks and an abundance of towels and toilet paper is always appreciated. One of the most comfortable pullout beds in the living room we have ever encountered. Outdoor shower, hot tub on repeat. We would love to return!

Had a great stay at Tracy’s home in Dry Creek. Beautiful home, fun decor, clean, and exactly as described. Beautiful setting and views, and great proximity to visit downtown Healdsburg and wineries. Great set-up for 2 couples with the main floor living space and one bedroom/bath and a separate second bedroom/bath on lower level with separate entrance. Kitchenette was perfect for putting together simple breakfast/lunch/snacks. Tracy was in communication and responsive during our stay. Would love to return & would recommend!

This was our second time staying at Red Door Retreat and we had another great visit. As before everything was exactly as pictured and described. Checkin was very smooth and communication with Brett was great. We particularly enjoyed the several nice outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Quiet setting but short drive to local attractions and Guerneville town center. Highly recommended!

Mama K's place was absolutely stunning, quiet and serene. The pictures don't do it justice, it's so much more beautiful in person. Neighborhood is quiet, and there is a ton of wildlife. We loved seeing deer, bald eagles, quail, fox, and more every morning! The hot tub was a beautiful experience at night, as you can see all the stars. The property itself is so thoughtfully made. All the decor is beautiful, her garden makes the entire place smell amazing and she has a ton of amenities for the river including paddle boards, canoes and kayaks. The first morning we took the canoe out, we saw a bald eagle taking a bath right in the river! This also happens to be one of the cleanest airbnbs we've stayed in, and that's with it being pet friendly. Our labrador Dodge loved the entire property, and swimming every chance he got. Don't forget to visit Sophie's Wine Cellar in town! We will be back!

We had a great time at The Cottage. It is well described in the listing, the place is a great place to chill and enjoy, especially the patio. It has everything you need (the listing mentions no stove but between all the other amenities and grill you can cook most things), is clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast and cooking basics is a nice touch. We really liked our time there.

Zorelle was communicative from booking - Check out. He answered questions promptly, gave great recommendations and instructions for our stay. The cottage was as pictured and very comfortable. It made our "Bucket list" week the best place to recoup in the evening. We had a great time!

In a word - delightful! We very much enjoyed the back deck and patio with morning and afternoon sun, a relaxing yard with views of the river, osprey, swallows and even deer. The kitchen was very well equipped with high quality appliances/utensils/cookware/dishware etc for easy mealmaking. Playing records from Adam's collection was memorable & reminiscent. The beds were very comfortable - especially nice with french doors looking out to the back yard and riverscape. The location is easy distance from Monte Rio, Jenner and Guerneville, paddleboarding, beaching, hiking nearby plus nice to walk our dog Lexie in the extended neighborhood. Adam was a great host. We highly recommend Adam's delightful cottage retreat, and look forward to future stays!

Linda is a great host. Cares about her guests. She had the room set to be cool upon arrival. The room is spacious and pleasantly comfortable. The Friday farmer's market is an easy walk, just down the street. Quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

I had the very BEST stay at Mark's place! Everything about the stay was magical - the cottage was quaint and lovely, surrounded by redwoods. Mark's hospitality was of the very best I have seen...he was so kind, helpful and caring and lovely to talk with during the stay. He cares so much and wants to make sure his guests have the best experience. And wow the baked goods are incredible! This was the best mini retreat I could have imagined..I will definitely be back!

Gem of a beachhouse, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Clean, tastefully decorated cabin and loved the peaceful back garden and front patio to enjoy the sun as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Valerie’s place! I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The place itself was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were so well appointed, everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it was wonderful to have a private backyard. Valerie was so responsive and kind. She thought of absolutely everything, and we were so grateful for her flexibility with our checkout time. We will definitely be coming back!

Their home is something out of a novel! The way the trees wrap around the house, the way you can hear the river if you sit outside, and especially the weather made our stay perfect. There was a dog bed (almost more comfy than MY bed and home), dog bowls for food and water, doggie bags, and a pooper scooper. They had every kitchen amenity that I could have needed, and the space in the kitchen was great! The suggestions in their guidebook were everything we wanted! Will definitely be visiting again before the summer is over!

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with me and my partner. We were able to walk to the beach with our surfboards in less than 10 minutes. The outdoor porch was nestled amongst so much greenery and made for the perfect AM coffee spot. The outdoor shower was luxurious and the studio was cozy for watching movies in bed at night. Would def recommend to another couple looking for an easy getaway at the beach!

This was our second long-term stay (each stay being several weeks) at the Sunset Serene Cottage and we will definitely be coming back for more. Consider this as your home away from home. The location and the view cannot be beat. The house is perfect for us as a couple - bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom have everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. It’s surrounded by so much nature, and it was wonderful to have a busy day and then come home to this oasis. Neighborhood is also very safe and we took many walks to enjoy the view of the Bay. What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home and garden. Area was easy to navigate and parking was a breeze. Host was incredibly responsive as well. My only regret is we were too early to see the wisteria in bloom! We would stay here again!

You won't find a more peaceful place for a getaway. If you sit in the rocker on the front porch and look out a the mini vineyard, the view will mesmerize you. If you want a more active stay, downtown Sonoma is only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is well outfitted, and there's a grill out back. The grounds are filled with flowers, there are olive trees lining the property (you'll find olive oil from the fruit of these trees in the kitchen cupboard!). Katherine is a wonderful host: warm and friendly; responsive; thoughtful . There are many nice touches around the house, which is comfortably furnished in all the rooms. This home is an architectural & experiential gem in the hills above Berkeley. The house itself is a marvel, with lots of artistic details, and the outdoor space has ample places to enjoy the sun as it moves through the sky during the day. The views of the Bay are exceptional, and the overall surroundings are really peaceful. Bonnie is an excellent host, she's responsive and thoughtful, especially with offering lots of local recommendations. So grateful to enjoy this beautiful home!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. We attended a festival in Napa and were close enough to get to the venue in under 30 minutes and far enough to get away from the crowds and parties at an affordable price. The cottage was the perfect size, cute, clean, private, and homie - I would definitely stay again. Susan and Tom were super responsive and great hosts.
