This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really liked Romans place.. great location.. we walked everywhere.. the shower could have done with a better clean lots of mould in it... I had a crack at it... I'm a clean freak so I guess I'm a bit over the top with my cleanliness... the wind screams up the outside hallway so it's sounds like someone is talking to you... when they're not Lol... not a concern just so others know they aren't going crazy!! Could do with better blinds in the bedroom it's so bright in there in the morning... overall we liked it here alot! Loved that there was a washer and dryer and a car space... the instructions to get in and where to park were the best instructions we have ever received... thanks for having us Roman! :-)

What a lovely place to stay while in Santa Monica. Not super close to the beach but a quick uber or bike ride will get you there in no time. The apartment is quiet and close to the medical centre, and we felt very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with a nice cafe walking distance. Can be a bit tricky to park (look out for street sweeping days). The place was cosy and comfortable.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Had a great solo stay at Vidal’s spot! The location was perfect—walkable, close to the beach, and easy to settle into. The place was clean, peaceful, and just like the photos. Vidal was super friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole experience smooth. Just a couple small things to keep in mind—it’s more of a studio layout with a sectioned-off bedroom space (which still worked well for me), and the bed was a bit softer than I prefer. Still, nothing that took away from a really solid stay. Would definitely come back!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

This place is absolutely lovely! It’s in an incredible location with an ocean view, close to so many great spots. Joe and Erika are so helpful and great hosts! I have really enjoyed my stay and everything has been very seamless. Highly recommend staying here!!

Très bel appartement, très propre, parfait pour deux personnes. La piscine est chauffée ce qui est un plus. Très belle salle de sport. Commerces à proximité parfait. Notre hôte était très agréable.

Tuve una experiencia increíble quedándome en este departamento en Los Ángeles. El espacio es amplio, moderno y súper cómodo, con una decoración muy cuidada que hace que uno se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento. La cocina está completamente equipada, lo que facilitó mucho preparar mis comidas, y la sala es perfecta para relajarse. Sin duda el mejor Airbnb en el que me he hospedado, recomiendo ampliamente.

Honestly a great place for a couple or a solo traveler the only difficult thing is finding the parking garage

Very well located! Super close to Venice Beach. We felt like home the whole time. Very beautiful and stunning place designed by an architect. This place is very unique. We will probably come back to this place if one day we come back to Los Angeles.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Un lugar perfecto para una escapada a la playa o para un viaje familiar, con una ubicación inmejorable a unos pasos de la playa y con una variedad de restaurantes cercanos, el lugar es práctico con todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa, las anfitrionas son de lo más amables responden a la brevedad y te guían con todas tus dudas, recomendable al cien por ciento, claro que volveremos a rentar aquí cuando volvamos a Santa Mónica o Venice . . . Como dato adicional hay un lugar a tres calles donde puedes estacionar y guardar tu carro, si eres como yo y eso te hace sentir más seguro, por 25 dólares puedes tenerlo todo el día resguardado y por 25 dólares más puedes dejarlo ahí toda la noche . . .

We had a great stay. The location is pretty quiet, safe, and super walkable. The essentials were provided and we were able to make a meal with provisions picked up at the farmers market. Would recommend Gabriel's place for those looking to have a walkable stay in Santa Monica. The vibes could be elevated with an upgrade to bedding, towels, and cleaner products, but no complaints!

Sokal was great to work with and responded quickly to questions. The house was in a great location and well equipped. We recommend it!

John’s place is exactly as described. It was spotless and well equipped providing international travellers like us with everything we needed. The space was perfect and outlook very pleasant. The car parking was fantastic to have and easy to access. A safe and friendly neighbourhood, close to the ocean and pier with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thanks John for having us at such short notice, you made the end of our trip stress free and memorable. Thanks again!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Truly such an amazing Airbnb along with great customer care experience from host. Laura was super kind enough to let me check in earlier than the listing had stated so I could prepare for an upcoming graduation. The environment is perfect for two people - furniture was super comfortable, bed was clean, comfortable sheets, and the rest of the house was just in pristine condition. Throughout the trip, Laura made sure to check in on me to see if anything else was needed which says a lot! She truly cares about her customers and their time spent while visiting. Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.
