You will be provided with fresh towels & bed linens, a guide of the area and bungalow. Please be advised this is a historic bungalow under conservation. We do not offer air condition or central heat (plenty of fans and electric heaters are provided and the ocean breeze keeps the bungalow cool just like it did in 1917). The entire second floor is yours and includes the living room with a vaulted ceiling and dining area, kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove and breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled and master bath with a deep soaking tub, large master bedroom with walk in closet, guest bedroom, and balcony with a hillside view. You have access to the second story balcony and the backyard on the ground level. There are patio tables and lounge chairs for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. In the backyard, there are several fruit trees which include cherry, plum, apple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon and peach. When in season, guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruits. I reside in the unit on the first floor and I am generally available to answer questions or assist if you need anything. Located in historic View Park, a little known picturesque hillside community with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown LA. It's perfectly positioned a mere 9 miles to downtown, 8 miles to LA's most popular beaches, and 5 miles to LAX. To get around the city, you can use Uber, Lyft, or public transportation is also available within less than a mile walk.
