Mark’s place felt just like home very welcome me. It was also very close to the pier and everything was walking distance. The place was also very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Very clean apartment and beautiful and new furniture. Everything is available, pots, washing machine, dryer, soap, shampoo, smart TV. The location is excellent. Private, closed and shaded parking in the basement. The best thing is that the host John and his father the captain welcomed us and helped us enter and carried our bags, even though they were 5 large bags. They explained everything to us and gave us an extra hour to check out. They were very kind and cooperative and introduced us to the area and the surrounding restaurants.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

A stay at this location should be the standard for all airbnbs! Absolutely wonderful location and decor, it was easy to feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. I felt extremely safe and the walkability in downtown Santa Monica can’t be beat. Joe was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and the checkout was standard to a hotel. Other airbnb’s could take a lesson in the friendly demeanor, clean facility, clear instructions and stress free checkout. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

I stayed here during a work trip in mid-June and chose this Airbnb for its convenient location and proximity to the beach—perfect for escaping the heat when the rest of the city is sweltering. On my first evening, I walked to Trader Joe’s to stock up on food and drinks, and the next morning I went for a jog down to the Santa Monica Pier and back. The location was easy to find, though I did have to circle the block once before spotting the correct garage. The directions were clear overall, but a note about which side of the alley the building is on would have helped, since there are garages on both sides. I took a guess and turned right—which luckily turned out to be correct. Having a secure, designated parking spot close to the elevator was a major plus—it brought me almost directly to the apartment door. The unit itself is small (as expected for LA), but very clean, with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom area is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall great stay!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

I stayed at Hart's place for 12 nights for a work trip and had a great time. The apartment is really conveniently located for nearby supermarkets and transport connections, yet is also really quiet and relaxed. It's located in a nice neighbourhood and I always felt really safe. The apartment was also well equipped for cooking and comfortable for a longer stay. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Santa Monica!

We had a great stay. The location is pretty quiet, safe, and super walkable. The essentials were provided and we were able to make a meal with provisions picked up at the farmers market. Would recommend Gabriel's place for those looking to have a walkable stay in Santa Monica. The vibes could be elevated with an upgrade to bedding, towels, and cleaner products, but no complaints!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Very nice place in a really good location. Very close to Venice Beach and also Abbott Kinney shopping area. As a solo female traveler I felt safe walking around by myself and walking myself to the next areas to try out Yoga, spin and pilates in the early morning. The home was very cosy and comfortable and had nice amenities like a water filter jug, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. Do note that this faces a road and with a pedestrian sidewalk so you might hear people talking as they walk by or cars, but not a problem in the evening as it gets very quiet. I had no problems sleeping at night. Walls are slightly thin so if there are guests upstairs you might hear them move about and talking.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s apartment! I loved the location, a short walk to the beach and shops. It is also perfectly placed in between Venice and Santa Monica so if you’re looking for a more chill vibe, this is Airbnb for you. There’s street parking, which was convenient and plentiful. The apartment itself has a lot of charm and good views of the city. The only downside was the lack of options for tv. Which is a small thing. There’s only an antenna with a few basic channels. We just went and bought a fire stick so we could relax and watch a movie after a long day out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
