Waterfront vacation rentals in Santa Maria Navarrese

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

We felt very comfortable with Manuela. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, cafes, ice cream parlor and playground. The apartment was surprisingly large and offered a lot of privacy thanks to the sheltered location in the courtyard. Communication with Manuela was also great. Amazing host Amazing house

Great apartment in a good warehouse and yet quiet. Beach, restaurants and supermarket can be easily reached on foot. The apartment has spacious bedrooms, the kitchen is conveniently furnished. It was all very clean. The contact was very pleasant. Within a short time was answered and also during the stay was asked if everything was good. We can only recommend the apartment and would spend our holidays there again.

Alessandro’s place is truly a great find in Nuoro region! It has all the amenities needed for a perfect stay! Lots of beaches and things to do around the area - Alessandro is a great source for these things and reccomends a lot of great things! Truly enjoyed our stay at the place!

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

Good place to spend a quiet and relaxing time! In particular, we liked the covered terrace very much and we enjoyed spending time here! We stayed here in the low season / end of April and were still able to enjoy the beach and some restaurants. You can also get to the mountains quickly for hiking.

We were totally satisfied with our accommodation. You will have everything you need for cooking your own meals in the kitchen and eat them outside in the private and nice garden. There are several restaurants for dinner and also delicious ice cream. The best thing is, that you find the beach only a few meters away. So it's perfect for spending a whole day there or just jumping into the water after a day trip. Thank you Emanuela for the easy check-in and also easy Check-out. We had a wonderful time!

The place is like the description. The terrace and the view are great. The kitchen would need to be a little better equipped to cook more easily but nothing catastrophic. Same for the shower, setting the temperature is not easy but it did not disturb our stay. The waste drop-off point, collection days and sorting is not very clear, a better explanation with a summary would have been a plus. In addition to these points, the place is peaceful, the views are pleasant, the terrace beautifully furnished. Maria was very nice by message and respectful of our peace of mind. We are delighted with our stay and our discovery of Sardinia.

A cozy house where we felt immediately comfortable. Very close to the beach,which is within walking distance. Practically also the pizzeria around the corner and shopping nearby. Marta and Giancarlo were very warm and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The photos cannot convey how nice this place is. The environment is amazing. The place is also perfectly equipped, and the owner cared for the small details. The decoration of the place is awesome. This gives this apartment a really charming feature. I believe this was one of my best experiences on Airbnb. Highly recommended.

We felt very welcome! The host was super nice, always available, gave us great tips for the area, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were there in April and Simone made us comfortable despite the cool weather. He even shopped for us because we arrived late in the evening. The location right by the beach was second to none. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosa's place. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, there's also a dishwasher :) Check-in and check-out were flexible, and Rosa showed us everything. Rosa and Antonio were always reachable by mobile phone and responded very quickly. Rosa is a great hostess. A big plus was the beautiful outdoor shower, so we can only agree with the other reviews. There are two indoor bathrooms, too. However, we did not need the interior showers because of the great outdoor shower. Beach is just behind the house in less than two minutes walk. Diving goggles and umbrellas, beach toys are also all there. Great barbecue at the outdoor kitchen. Generally very well maintained garden area with beautiful also shaded seating options as well as great planting and herbs for cooking. Huge fridge and beautiful kitchen. The air conditioning in the bedroom has also done us good service.

Apart from Alessio being a kind host, his airbnb is located very close to Santa Maria beach and Santa Maria port, making it an ideal place to stay for anyone who wishes to explore the beautiful Baunei coast. We stayed at his place for 10 days and it was perfect to thoroughly explore the best of Baunei coast.

Beautiful home! Stocked with snacks and water to get us started. We tried to replenish what we used. Also had umbrellas to use at the beach that came in handy. We had a great stay!

This apartment was perfect for two of us in a fantastic location so close to an amazing beach. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great shower. Alessio the host was kind enough of wait very late in the evening for us to arrive to check-in and gave great recommendations of what to do during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
