We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. There were also fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with a pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is situated in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

The house looks like the pictures. The pool is really nice and clean. There are three bedrooms, which are also a bit apart, which is good if you have kids or a baby with you. There is a very large refrigerator, which is really practical. We were five adults and one toddler. And what we really enjoyed was that we could have every meal at the big table on the terrace. And we also spent a lot of time on the Hollywood swing. The area of the house is quite remote, but you can still get everywhere quickly by car. And it's not even a five-minute walk to the beach. And Simone and Ilenia were always available for questions. The only thing that should be mentioned more clearly in the listing is that bed linen & towels are not included and cost €12 per person, if desired.

We felt very comfortable in the house, everything was available, we were allowed to drink existing drinks and Mario was always available. His dog came to visit us from time to time, which we thought was absolutely fantastic! We recommend the house without reservation, thank you!

We stayed with Federica as a family of three for 5 nights and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The place is a bit remote, but just as we wanted! Restaurants, beach bars and mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the place!

Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very nice to enjoy the cool evenings. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we didn't have a view of the bay as advertised. It is also difficult to get to the city center "a stone's throw away" except for great athletes! But if you have a car, the area is really nice with lots of activities

We had a very nice stay at Antonio’s place. We enjoyed the plums and lemons from Antonio’s garden trees and the adorable terrasse for breakfast and dinner. We got exactly what we looked for.

We visited the accommodation in early June, which was nice because the beaches were almost empty. The house is in close proximity to all services. The beach is about 3 minutes' walk away. The house is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The garden is small, but beautifully landscaped and great for evening seating. You can also barbecue. The staff gave us clear instructions and was always available. You can take walks along the coast directly from the place, which you can do even with children (ours are 6, 9, 11). I definitely recommend going on a boat trip, which you can book directly at the marina from several companies, and visiting the beautiful beaches along the Baunei coast. The house definitely exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room and the views from the rooftop were incredible. The beds could have been slightly more comfortable and it was a little noisy due to road noise but we settled in very well. The parking was pretty easy. I can understand how this place seems to be fully booked almost until October and I found that June was a perfect time to go to this part of Sardinia as although it was super warm and you could swim in the sea it was not too hot at night . Virginia recommended some great restaurants and the communication communications were super helpful throughout our stay.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great week!

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

Ivana and Basilia were very helpful and communicative, they helped with any upcoming questions and gave us great recommendations. The place itself is just like in the pictures, very traditional and cosy home, which we loved. Bari Sardo is a very cute small town with narrow streets. There are shops and a cafe within walking distance. The beach is just a few minutes drive away. We would love to return with our family one day. Thank you for everything :)

We were there with a group of 8 people for a motorcycle vacation and occupied all three apartments. The size of the house was perfect for us and there would have been plenty of room for more people. In the evening we could all sit together on the large terrace. Everything was very clean and the kitchens are sufficiently equipped. When inquiries were made, Heike always responded very quickly (after a few minutes). All in all a great and recommended place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Federico's! The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and Federico is a great host who regularly provided us with fresh fruit. 😊 The bathroom is a bit older but like the rest of the apartment perfectly clean. Walking, you are in less than 10 minutes on the beach and in the city.

I stayed in this apartment and I can only highly recommend it! The environment is welcoming, well organized and the spaces are excellent. The location is the best for a quiet vacation a short walk from a beautiful beach. The host was always helpful and friendly. I recommend this apartment to those looking for tranquility, comfort, and the sea.

Paola is extremely friendly and helpful. Her house is an oasis in Tortoli in a strategically excellent location. Close to the supermarket and the great beaches. The house is well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Tortoli is also a good starting point to explore Golfo Orosei by boat. We highly recommend the Hsus of Poala. Thank you very much.

A lovely cottage with a great terrace and "EXCELLENT" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!
