House in perfect order and very clean, with the presence of everything that was reported in the description. Small signs of thoughtfulness towards the guest that are not taken for granted; such as the necessary items for a snack or a sweet snack. Very close to the places I chose for the stay, also within walking distance. Wide choice of bars in the area. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Assisi and its surroundings.

The apartment is beautiful. Host was really nice and answered for every question really quick. Clean and close to train station. Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights using it as a base for not only Assisi but nearby hilltop villages. It was very spacious, and we especially liked the free car park out the front, the supermarket below and even had a pasticceria for breakfast. The aircon was vital as we had 35 degrees and the balcony looks out towards Assisi.
