The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

I started my journey with Adèle's accommodation, which gave me confidence. The apartment is located in a strategic location if you want to visit the South. The accommodation is close to the starting point of many hikes. Beaches within walking distance are accessible. The view in the living room is breathtaking and the host is more than kind! Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Such a lovely, unique place. Patrizia and her son were super warm, welcoming and responsive. We had the pool to ourselves and adopted their dogs and cats for the few days. Water, wine and milk in the fridge were really appreciated on arrival, as was the coffee. Close to great beaches and the view from the terrace is special.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house! The proximity to the beach was simply sensational. Since the house is located in a private community, the beach is much less visited and quieter than the public beaches in the surrounding area. The garden offers numerous beautiful places to read, eat and relax. A car is very helpful for shopping as there is no shopping nearby. In the bedrooms, there are air conditioners everywhere, and even without them the rooms are pleasantly cool. A small suggestion for improvement would be the renovation of the kitchen, although the equipment with knives, plates and cooking utensils is very good. Overall it was a very relaxing and beautiful stay, and we are considering coming back.

Wonderful apartment, with everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet development, with supermarkets nearby and the center of Pula a few steps away. Decorated with very good taste but “the best” of the apartment is really the outdoor garden with private pool. If you have a car, you will have a private parking space for it outside. We had a little problem with the pool on the first day, but Erika quickly solved it. We loved the treats she left for us. Erika was always very friendly, attentive and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back soon.

Great place if you want to stay in walk in distance to the beach which is beautiful and family friendly. Location is great however no restaurants or shops nearby you’ll need a car. There is a nice, shady playground next to the apartment which is great with children.

Beautiful area with beautiful beaches easily accessible on foot (between 10 and 20 minutes), as well as a pharmacy and shops (10 minutes on foot). Large accommodation with plenty of space for 2 families (ground floor). Very quiet in the evening. If the upstairs floor is rented at the same time, there is obviously more noise and a risk of energy overload. The house is beautiful and airy (with some things to fix due to years of wear) and with thick white walls that keep it cool on hot days. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances (microwave, large refrigerator, oven, and ceramic hob). The garden that surrounds it is large with many plants (a little suffering), parking for several cars and a large space for dining under the stars. We had contact with Stefano, the son of the owner, who was very helpful and kind. We had a great time (a group of 5 adults). Accommodation to recommend if you are looking for the real Sardinia!

The house is very spacious and well kept , we loved the gate to the beach. There is a bbq and a pizza oven as well as a good equipped kitchen. Rooms are really nice and there is plenty of room for a group of people Overall a really good experience!

The location matched the description exactly. Very nice and well-kept apartment recently renovated, small but very well organized in all its details and comforts. Very close and beautiful beach, as well as nice and convenient playground below the house. A tip for future guests: don't trust parking under the house if you don't want to risk fines due to ambiguous signs but use the dedicated parking.

We had an excellent stay! We felt really comfortable. The location is perfect, halfway between the beach and the city center. The house is very clean and complete with everything you could need. Highly recommended! ✨

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Perfect! Friendly and accommodating hosts. Accommodation located in the heart of Iglesias, a real luxury. Apartment clean as it should be, a large bed, impeccable. We'll be back. 🙂

It's great to find accommodations like this. I haven't been in a place like this in a long time. Lately, I've only been finding apartments on Airbnb that lack personality. This apartment is full of life, style and beauty. It's super central, has free parking and was very clean. I hope to find more of these types of accommodations around here. Definitely the best accommodation of my entire trip. A 10 for Mauro too, he was very kind and helpful when we arrived.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.

This was our second stay with Andrea and Lana and it was every bit as brilliant as last year. They are such warm, friendly and helpful hosts. In particular we love the pool and garden. This year, in addition to visiting the wonderful local beaches, we took a 3 hour boat trip from Villasimius port round Capo Carbonara where you could swim from the boat and also visited a couple of beaches on the Costa Rei. Right at the north end there are some wild and unspoilt beaches with incredible water and it’s possible to do a not too arduous walk to the lighthouse Capo Ferraro with incredible views. We’d definitely love to return again one day.
