No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Great host, very accessible. The location is awesome and Poetto beach is just amazing.

The terrace is fantastic. Breakfast outside in the morning and great sunsets in the evening. Location of the house is remote and very quiet. 2 restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. From La Ciaccia you can start great excursions. e.g. to Alghero or Santa Teresa di Gallura. Costa Paradiso is a must. The beach is within walking distance. I would recommend more beautiful beaches by car in about 10-15 minutes. The apartment is simple but clean. Furniture already older. TV only Italian. Wifi not always. Hosts speak Italian only. A translation app helped us a lot. Very nice and helpful.

We spent a very relaxing and pleasant week at Caterina's beautiful place. There is everything you need (kitchen utensils, parasol for the beach, washing machine, etc.) and for our toddler Caterina even brought over old toys of her daughter. The accommodation has great architecture, is very tastefully decorated and looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and welcome in the yard To our daughter's delight, the dear dog Blu paid us a visit every day. Almost a week later and our little daughter tells us every day that she wants to go back home to Blu :) Without a car, you are definitely stuck, as the accommodation is remote and you can't walk anywhere. We really enjoyed the tranquility! There are great beaches, restaurants and hiking nearby.

Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Really beautiful space and terrace/view. Exactly as described if not even better!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Antonella and Alessandro were always friendly and helpful. The apartment is practical and modern and the kitchen lacked nothing, even for the grill there were grill utensils. The beds were comfortable, the house is great for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. The garden and garden furniture are beautiful. The view of the bays is priceless. Depending on the wind, you could hear music from a larger hotel in the bay - too bad, but that has probably been increasing in Sardinia in recent years. The additional beach utensils (beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs) were great! You can walk to a small beautiful house beach. We also walked to Cala Porta Giunico and to Punta Molentis... here the path is the destination. In Villasimius, you could easily rent bicycles and explore the wider area. We'd be happy to come back or recommend this place.

Very cozy house. Easy to reach and in a really strategic location, located in the center, with everything easily accessible on foot. The house is very clean. The private parking space was a great added value, making the stay even more practical. Heartfelt thanks to Mirko and Luca for their hospitality!

We were very lucky to stay in the beautiful apartment of the lovely Raffaella in Sardinia and we couldn't be happier! Although the apartment is still brand new, everything was really lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail. You can tell immediately how much passion has been put into it. It was clean, stylish and simply comfortable. Raffaella was incredibly warm, helpful and committed from the beginning. We are especially grateful to her for the great support in booking a rental car. Without her, it would have been much more complicated. Her tips on restaurants, beaches and excursions were also worth their weight in gold! Thanks to her, we discovered fantastic beaches and visited beautiful places like Cabras and Oristano, every day was a highlight! 🌟 We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We stayed here for our honeymoon with our toddler and it really made what could have been quite a stressful holiday, a blissful one! The apartment had everything we needed, plus perfect outside space and beautiful views, that allowed us to relax outside during nap times and enjoy dinners together rather than being able to eat out . Perfect stay . Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean and a hot shower . Even better than the pics ♥️♥️

Had unforgettable week spent at Daniela's place. Beautiful beach in just 2 minutes walking. Clean and has everything what you need for comfortable accommodation. You must try shower on the terrace and garden to cool you down in hot weather! Communication with the host is easy and very informative for staying. Recommend for everyone!

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Friendly, kind, very helpful, absolutely recommended! Excellent location, modern and practical accommodation with all comforts, in the center so easy to get around on foot, 10 minutes by car from the beach. Being in the center, the choice of restaurants is very wide. Door that opens onto the street, so it's very convenient to get in and out. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
