Couple vacations, we had a really good time at the place. The house is surrounded by nature and there is an incredible peace! Equipped with everything you need and everything is very functional. I recommend reviewing the drain a bit because both on the sink and in the shower and in the bidet, the water is a bit difficult to go down, but with a few precautions you manage everything well the same. Daniele and Valentina were very kind to us and always very available to respond to calls and messages, even flexible on check-in time. Reserved parking spot (not entirely suitable for sports/low cars, but also here with a little caution you do everything). A note of merit for the cleanliness of the house because when we arrived it was really impeccably clean. Small welcome kit with milk, water, various jams and a couple of snacks, much appreciated! In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, which as a value for money is really great!☺️ It explains neighbors!

A wonderful week in Sardinia has passed much too quickly. Living under large trees, on green grass and only 200 m from the wide white almost always empty beach, just great. Mosquitoes also feel very comfortable here, so pack mosquito repellent. Andrea was not only quickly accessible for two small things but also helped immediately. The bathrooms are to be renovated shortly, which would greatly enhance the house. You should know that the second bathroom is not in the house but in the courtyard of the house within walking distance of the second bedroom via two steps. The pictures are taken by a really good photographer. We will be happy to come back to Sardinia

We had a great time! Francesco is a super welcoming and helpful host at any time. The house: an oasis of peace! Everything matched the description and photos, and nothing was missing, from the laundry corner to the two terraces to enjoy at various times of the day.
