The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

We spent a week as a family with four kids at the house. It was spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped. It’s a very modern, newly furnished villa. The interior has been designed very beautifully with a lot of attention for detail. The kitchen has been equipped very thoughtfully and with everything that you need, from different wine glasses too barista corner with offered all different type of coffee options. It was also very nice and helpful, that when we arrived there was an initial food and beverage packets including a bottle of wine, prosecco and bear. The beach is very close and beautiful and perfect to relax and spend a day on the beach even with little kids. At the villa you have everything that you need for a day at the beach, sun chairs and sun umbrellas on a small carrier to take it easily to the beach and it even has two SUPs you can take. The owners were very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We can only recommend the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make the stay excellent. He waited for us with pastries, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc... this shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always answered any questions or requests we made to him on the spot. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the outdoor shower was perfect for bathing comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and access with suitcases on an uneven path of slabs was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood's fault and not Ludovica's.
