Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

Wir (drei Personen) haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top – ganz nah an vielen schönen Restaurants und der Innenstadt von Cagliari. Der Check-in lief fast reibungslos und die Gastgeberin hat immer schnell geantwortet. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel wären praktisch gewesen.

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Emanuela’s place and she was an amazing host. Very responsive and helped give tips on where to go. The place felt like home away from home, and was comfortable and quiet haven after exploring Cagliari. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants too.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - alles war super sauber und wir hatten 5 erholsame und entspannte Tage :) Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, hier macht man nichts falsch. Corrado und seine Frau haben uns zudem noch geholfen mit dem Mietunhernehmen unseres Autos zu kommunizieren, da wir einen Steinschlag in der Windschutzscheibe hatten :) Danke nochmals!

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Michele und Francesca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken war problemlos, die Kommunikation super. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter und auch die Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Cagliari, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage war toll, da die Unterkunft sich in einer belebten Nebenstraße befindet und nur wenige 100 m von der Innenstadt und sehr tollen Restaurants entfernt ist. Der Aufenthalt bei Christian war sehr schön. Ich würde sie jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und passend eingerichtet. Am besten haben uns die beide Balkone gefallen, wodurch wir immer einen warmen und einen kühlen Platz hatten, um draußen zu sein. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zu den schönen Stränden! Enrico war bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub im traumhaften Sardinien!

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind neben dem Appartement , genauso wie die Busverbindung einen innerhalb von 30 min nach Cagliari bringt . Wir hatten mit Elena und Marco wundervolle Gastgeber. Wir haben zu viert zwei Wochen Ferien in der wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend freundlich und hilfreich. Die Begrüssung ausserst sympatisch. Stefan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber der uns während den ganzen Ferien immer wieder mit hilfreichen Tips zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus selbst war in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und die Lage zwischen zwei Stränden optimal. Zum Einkaufen gehts zu Fuss zu Isabella in ca 10 Minuten. Strand Porto Pinetto und Porto Pino in ca 10-15 Minuten Fussdistanz. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt, können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen. Herzlichen Dank und bis bald :)

I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Marco is proactive, friendly, and makes sure the flat delivers to expectations. Grazie mille for going above and beyond, to ensure we had a good experience with Sardinia. Ciao, Sam and Sophie

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Erika war immer erreichbar und hat gefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob etwas fehlt. Es war zur Begrüßung Bier und Wasser und Säfte vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Milch, Joghurts, Croissants etc zum Frühstück. Mit dem Auto kann man Cagliari und Umgebung innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen. Der morgen und Abendliche Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
