The apartment is located 10 minutes from the historic center, it is a safe area. Walking you will find the magical neighborhood of JALATLACO with Cafes and restaurants. The design is rustic and comfortable, upon entering there is a small garden where you can read or have a coffee. The services offered are: Wi Fi, fridge, coffee maker. One street away we put in the afternoons, at your disposal a terrace to admire the mountains and the sky of Oaxaca, and spend a very relaxed afternoon.

Our house is conditioned in such a way that we have three apartments and two rooms with independent access, my family and I live in one of the apartments. The property is located between two main avenues in Santa Lucia del Camino, which is a conurbated municipality of the City of Oaxaca, which makes it possible to drive to the Historic Center in approximately 12 minutes. The neighborhood where we live is a safe and quiet place, very close to CCCO and Macro Plaza Oaxaca.

The garden is very large and there are 3 very friendly dogs, two very small and one medium. Conveniently located 2 blocks from businesses, restaurants, banks and coffee shops. The local market is a block walk away. The historic center is a 15/20 minute walk or 5/10 min by taxi or bus.
