Jorge was attentive to my arrival by message and gave me very clear instructions to get there easily. At the house, his brother Fernando was the one who looked after us, super friendly, attentive and very aware of the messages I sent him. He also gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to enjoy our stay. What was fantastic is that the photos matched the house, everything was very well maintained, and each room had a smart TV, ceiling fan and standing cooler, so we didn't suffer from the heat in the house. I highly recommend staying at Casa Roche.

Very clean, with all the amenities, bathrooms in each room, and above all the house is very nice and comfortable, excellent stay.

A great place to stay, close to the Airport. My dog and I arrived shortly after sundown and enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful spot to rest and cleanup prior to our trip to the beach the next day. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed the internet, and coffee in the morning and how clean everything was. Our host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Excellent place, with a very local and pleasant atmosphere, it is close to downtown (I arrived by car), Moni was attentive and sent us recommendations for some places nearby.

Staying at Angeles home in Oaxaca was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! They even left traditional tlayudas, mezcal, beer, and fresh watermelon for me to enjoy. Their warmth didn’t stop there; they took the time to show me around the city and made sure I felt right at home. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable perfect after a day of exploring. Both hosts are attentive, sweet, and truly unique individuals! As a fellow Airbnb host, I can say that others could learn a lot from the way they care for their guests. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Oaxaca! You won’t regret it!

The house is beautiful! It has a very nice Oaxacan style. It is comfortable, clean, very well located and perfect for 8 people, the bathrooms are clean and modern. The pool is comfortable for a few drinks and at a very good temperature. Perfectly equipped! Would definitely book another time

an excellent place to spend a day in peace, the place is very nice, regarding other comments that said the poor ventilation in the bedroom, we did not suffer, in fact we slept very comfortably, the place is as shown in the photos and the service provided is very nice :)

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

Beautiful loft, 😍, super spacious and perfect location!! Great experience, thanks for the bottles of water and softdrinks, especially the fresh fruit. Parking was always available and everything was perfect! We will be back!

We loved our stay in Oaxaca!! Created great memories with friends and Damian's place is so unique and exactly what we were looking for. Drinks on the rooftop, breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, yet still private bedrooms for sleeping. It may "look" outside of Centro on a map, but it is literally a 5-10 minute easy walk to everything. We only used a vehicle to get back to the airport! Walked everywhere else!

Lovely home with a nice courtyard and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Although not within walking distance to Centro Historico, there are buses nearby and cabs as well. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This is a very cool and peaceful space in the heart of Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from all the best cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the Sánchez Pascuas market, yet quiet and calm at night for restful sleep. Jude is a fantastic host and full of thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals (including multiple coffee-making options). The WiFi was fast and reliable for work and video calls, and the little details — like a welcome bottle of mezcal and high-quality linens — made us feel instantly at home. This is one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

The place is very nice to spend the afternoons-nights and go out at any time, access is very quick and quiet. There was no noise at night, only in the morning but nothing that bothered us. I liked the double bathroom and the space is very spacious, you won't feel locked up. In the afternoons it's sometimes very windy, but nothing to worry about. In general, it is recommended as a house to get some rest

If you're looking for something cheap, just to spend the night, that's fine. A big plus is that if you have a small vehicle, there is a garage. On the other hand, the mattress is not comfortable, it is already very old.

Kenia is the highlight of this stay, she is such a kind and nurturing person with so much warmth and hospitality to offer. It's so nice to stay with a Oaxaqueña and to spend time in her family home, with local art, her grandmother's stove, plants, locally crafted plates and bowls. So much has been thought of. The apartment is comfortable, private and quiet despite being on a busy main road. There is aircon and filtered water from the tap, both luxuries we've come to treasure in Mexico! Kenia's place is located about a 30 minute walk into the centro, it can sometimes feel long in the heat of the day but we used it as an opportunity to get our steps up (!). There is a bus that stops very close to the house but we didn't end up using it. Conveniently there is a Chedurai about 3 mins down the road. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Kenia!

Great location walking distances to town center. It gets a little hot but thankfully the AC cools the room quickly. Located next to a great bar where locals frequent. Only downside is that it’s loud in the morning but that’s Oaxaca in general. Will stay again.

A nice place with a good location, ideal for visiting downtown Oaxaca, it is an excellent cost-benefit ratio and the host is attentive and friendly at all times, I highly recommend it.

Marcos was a tremendous host and very communicative. His place was everything it was advertised to be.

The house it’s beautiful, modern and well maintained. The terrace and the views are wonderful. We had a problem with the water but was taken cared of quickly. The only drawback we found was the steep road going to the property and the dogs barking at night .
