Renee always responded very quickly and was super helpful. The living room area is quite small, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is pretty good, although there's not much room to store food or do preparation. It worked out fine, I did some very basic cooking and had no real problems.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the bed. It’s very hard. I would have preferred a somewhat more comfortable mattress. Thanks, Serafin!

We had a wonderful 1-week stay in Oaxaca. Julia was extremely communicative and gracious. We enjoyed several neighborhood restaurants and cafes. The building is secure and the area felt safe. There was quite a bit of street noise at night as others have mentioned, but all in all we are happy we stayed there and enjoyed walking all around town.

MARIA WAS ALWAYS ON THE SLOPE AND IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME, WE NEEDED A PLACE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND HER HOUSE WE STAYED VERY WELL LOCATED, SHE NEVER STOPPED RESPONDING, EVERYTHING ELSE, I ALWAYS TOOK THE INITIATIVE AND WAS PENDING, THE DEPARTMENT IS SUPER COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND IS IN AN AREA WHERE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING CLOSE, WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE. VERY NICE.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Stayed here for one night with my daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The one bedroom apartment is absolutely adorable, with a lovely, cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was our amazing host. She went above and beyond, offering us the best tips and recommendations on where to eat ( gluten free food - as I have food restrictions), shop, and explore in Oaxaca. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place with a local touch!

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

Miss Mariana was very kind at all times and was always attentive to any situation that might arise. The apartment is comfortable, cool and very quiet; you can't hear any noise, which allows you to rest perfectly. We only used it for sleeping, and it fulfilled that purpose very well. It is located a few blocks from downtown, which makes access very easy. The only thing to take into account is that there is a bus station on the corner, so you should be careful when walking through that area due to the transport traffic. A great place to enjoy your vacation with your friends or partner, with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable, safe and quiet time. It is located just a few blocks from the center of the capital and with many options nearby for eating and having fun. Communication is excellent always attentive to your needs and with excellent recommendations. As an extra it has internal parking space for ease and safety. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

Wonderful place to stay, felt very safe and welcoming. We travelled with our infant and would definitely stay here again!

This place was unreal. Kitchen was massive, views of the ocean. Pool area was quiet and perfect. Miss it already
