The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. Francesco's stone house

Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and bike rides, horseback riding, visits to hermitages. A few km away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Posta Fibreno lake, Zompo lo Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga park, Balsorano castle, Claudio's tunnels and Alba Fucens.

(Ferentino A1 exit) The apartment is located at the gates of the town of Castelliri (until the nineteenth century called "Castelluccio") and consists of: living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Independent heating and air conditioning.
