Un bagno con doccia/vasca . Tutti gli ambienti hanno pala al soffitto e aria condizionata.

A pochi minuti a piedi dai maggiori siti artistico/monumentali, l'appartamento di 120 mq, da poco ristrutturato, è composto da due stanze da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno in camera, una stanzetta con divano letto e un'ampia e accogliente zona living con divano letto. Annessa alla zona living la terrazza dove potersi rilassare, consumare i pasti o lavorare in smart working. La casa dispone di un terzo bagno ed è arredata di tutto ciò che si necessita per una comoda permanenza in città.

Questo è il mio appartamento preferito! Si trova in una parte storica del centro città, quindi trovi tutto quello che serve: monumenti, chiese, musei, mercati, Atm, supermercati, ristoranti e pub. L’appartamento ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno! La Jacuzzi riscaldata da 800 litri meravigliosa da utilizzare anche nelle fresche sere autunnali! La jacuzzi è un servizio aggiuntivo ed opzionale ed ha un costo extra non incluso nella prenotazione di 29€ al giorno.

Casa del Genio is named after the statue of the Genius of Palermo, represented in the niche that embellishes the evocative square of the Garraffo overlooking the apartment. The house, divided into three rooms, offers four beds distributed between the bedroom and the living room with a sofa bed. It is fully equipped and is located in the heart of the historic "Vuccirìa" market, today it became the center of the Palermo Movida and that could be noisy even late.
