A great place, with a good location to get around many parts of Oaxaca.

The wooden box is a wonderful escape, with great hosts who are very attentive. The hosts will help you call a taxi, which is necessary for a large grocery store, and leaving the village. There is a lovely spa called Chocolate de Agua near the house. The natural landscape does host a lot of critters. Be mindful of your surroundings.

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

We felt very comfortable in Oliver's Airbnb. Very cozy beds, an equipped kitchen and nice decoration from handmade art of the region! I 100% recommend it.

A great place to stay, close to the Airport. My dog and I arrived shortly after sundown and enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful spot to rest and cleanup prior to our trip to the beach the next day. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed the internet, and coffee in the morning and how clean everything was. Our host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Very safe, gated home. Close to the airport and city however not necessarily walkable. The place was very clean and spacious. Also Ferdinand and his staff were excellent and accommodating.

Dr. Alejandro was very responsive. Chayo was delightful! She greeted us upon arriving to gave us the breakdown & gave us some local recommendations. The apartment is super walkable to anywhere. The only thing i didnt like (which is out of their control) is that the street itself doesnt have that much lights at night. It was super clean & the ac was perfect. Even got too cold at night. Hot water 24/7. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great location, spacious and spotless clean, sweet hosts. Perfect if you want to put your money in local hands. You can watch that gorgeous view from the bed also.

We stayed here last year and found the location ideal. Nayma is a wonderful host and available to help in any way she can. Just beware on weekends it can be very noisy, as a venue is behind the building, which caters to weddings. The music is loud and dancing goes on until late. But it’s Mexico. The location really makes the place and it’s very beautifully decorated. We’ve enjoyed our stay and Nayma makes the place as she’s delightful.

It was a great location, very walkable, right between the historic center and the cool neighborhood ofJalatlaco. No need for a car, but if you have one, the parking is easy and very secure.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Oaxaca! The location couldn't be better—surrounded by amazing restaurants and a wide variety of bars, all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, which made exploring the area so enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Oaxaca!

The apartment was super clean, I am a very picky person when it comes to hygiene and this place was so clean you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Very functional, the area is great walking distance to everything, love the cute European vibes. It would stay here again no hesitation. Communication was right on the dot and it will rate this place 100 out of 10. Love it!!!

Good accommodation, this is the second time we've stayed and everything is very good.

This is a great place, just to be clear if you haven't noticed, it isn't close to downtown, it may look like it but it really isn't, it is a 10-30 minute drive. But for the price and ammenities there is no comparison. Pros: - New place - Comfy bed - Very trendy - Garage and gated community Cons: The obvious, far from downtown Roads can be tricky to drive It is an apartment complex so noise could be an issue

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Perfect location a little away from the City center. If you don’t mind strolling a little you can walk to downtown. Love the window and how spacious the place felt.

This place is all about location and having a sweet outdoor balcony with awesome views right in the city. We walked everywhere, and nothing was more than 5-10 minutes on our must see list. Nayeliee was a super host, so kind, accommodating, helpful and welcoming. She helped us get cabs upon check out and was very friendly. This is a dream spot and a bargain for a huge place right in the city. Ac felt great in bedrooms and there was plenty of room for our entire to spread out. High ceilings and bathrooms on each floor were perks.

The house is easy to find, and a window is that you can go anywhere easily, I love the comfort of the beds and bedding, very nice is with Ari and Hector's house

I enjoyed this place so much that I was happy to extend my stay! The views are incredible and the terrace is such a dreamy spot. Great location a little out of the centre of town. Would recommend to anyone.
