Condo vacation rentals in Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán

Miss Mariana was very kind at all times and was always attentive to any situation that might arise. The apartment is comfortable, cool and very quiet; you can't hear any noise, which allows you to rest perfectly. We only used it for sleeping, and it fulfilled that purpose very well. It is located a few blocks from downtown, which makes access very easy. The only thing to take into account is that there is a bus station on the corner, so you should be careful when walking through that area due to the transport traffic. It's definitely a place I recommend. Thank you very much, Mariana, for all your attention and for allowing us to stay with our dog. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful 1-week stay in Oaxaca. Julia was extremely communicative and gracious. We enjoyed several neighborhood restaurants and cafes. The building is secure and the area felt safe. There was quite a bit of street noise at night as others have mentioned, but all in all we are happy we stayed there and enjoyed walking all around town.

New and very clean apartment in a pretty central location. Would recommend. Only downside for me was excessive noise from barking dogs nearby all night, but I think that's common in this area.

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

A great place to enjoy your vacation with your friends or partner, with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable, safe and quiet time. It is located just a few blocks from the center of the capital and with many options nearby for eating and having fun. Communication is excellent always attentive to your needs and with excellent recommendations. As an extra it has internal parking space for ease and safety. Highly recommended!

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Zócalo, downtown, and all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very private, making it ideal for getting work done or simply relaxing. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet, centrally located sanctuary in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cozy place, we would definitely come back

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

Wonderful place to stay, felt very safe and welcoming. We travelled with our infant and would definitely stay here again!

This place was unreal. Kitchen was massive, views of the ocean. Pool area was quiet and perfect. Miss it already

Great place in the middle of the city in walking distances from the Centro, great restaurants, art, etc. Hosts were extremely helpful, accommodating and even provided last minute travel to airport.
