Unique location between Loferbach and mountain in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west-facing terrace overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the canopy bed particularly cozy.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.
