A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

It’s been an amazing time in Kirchberg. The house is such a wonderful and beautiful place. Just a view minutes (walking distance) from the city center and nearby hiking trials. The apartment is perfect for a group of people. Haven’t seen such a well equipped kitchen at a Airbnb.

We were guests at Maria and Josef's for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We felt immediately comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

Really wonderful location with magnificent views. Absolutely as described and we all felt instantly at home. Finally saw the roaming cows on our last night! Truly amazing. Great place to stay for large groups! Everything necessary and much more was available and with Verena a good and friendly exchange took place in advance. In fact, the accommodation was even nicer than in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

The place and yard was amazing and they were very generous and accommodating.

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Our hostess Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this wonderful time and would love to come back!

Home away from home! Beautiful place and well-equipped. Restaurants and attractions nearby (we came for hiking mainly). Guy was super friendly and we even watched him perform nearby. Definitely recommended and I hope to return soon!

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

Great communication with the host. Very easy check-in with lots of information in advance. Very well-maintained apartment. We forgot our adapter there, we were informed immediately and the adapter was sent to us. Great service

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
