The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! Welcome to Sankt Englmar! Since the duplex apartment is very central, you can walk to restaurants or the spa gardens with a swimming pond. Some hiking trails can be started directly from the house. There are also ski slopes nearby and many activities for families such as the sled lift in winter or the treetop trail, toboggan run in the warmer seasons. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
