Vacation rentals with a pool in Sanibel Island

This was our first time in N. captiva and my kids said it was the best week of their lives. The guidebook provided was very helpful before and during our trip. The idea of a no car / store island felt a little daunting when packing but because of the clear instructions we felt prepared. The home was clean and had all the essentials and then some. Whenever I realized I forgot something it would magically appear in cabinet, they did think of it all in terms of stocking essentials. We had a few minor hiccups along the way as to be expected but they were taken care of. It has been requested by all our kids we visit the island annually. Can’t wait to be back.

I booked this home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was amazing. Private house with an enclosed pool. My wife did not want to get out of the pool. The house was immaculate and everything was handy and accessible. Will definitely look into staying here again if and when we travel to Cape Coral again.

This vacation was truly amazing. The house was roomy enough for our large family and most importantly, it stayed cooled to our liking. It had everything we needed. There was always something for everyone to do....fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking. No one was ready to leave after our week long stay. I can't say enough great things about Ingrid. So responsive, helpful and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. Everyone we met on the island was helpful and so friendly, giving us advice and recommendations. I hope that this place is available for many years to come because I will definitely come back. It was that perfect!

What a great house. My family and I had an amazing time. The house was super clean. The pool and back dock area were a great feature of the house. Lots to do in the house. Great location. Tonya was an amazing host. Great communication, always responded quickly and was super nice. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We plan to return again & won’t hesitate to recommend this home to friends & family. 5 star stay, for sure! Thank you, Amy

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

We had an absolutely great 4 day stay. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. The description in the listing is completely accurate. We would for sure choose this place again for future stays.

Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. Very nice unit. Exactly like the photos . Plenty of room. Arrived late on a Saturday so it was nice to have some staples on hand. ( toilet paper, paper towels , soap, shampoo, waters etc) Plenty of towels and beach supplies. Building G is the closest to the beach which was very pretty and not at all crowded. Very quiet and peaceful. There is still construction going on in some of the 1st floor units but they seemed to begin later in morning and finish up early. It was not a bother at all. The beds were very comfortable. Met some very nice neighbors . Would love to return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

Luanda was an amazing host, extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond! The home was in immaculate condition, squeaky clean and comfortable, the pictures do it no justice. The home is equipped with everything you need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to all the important kitchen appliances. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing and I love that it’s screened in so that you have zero worries of bugs getting in. I ones it so much and did not want to leave. Needless to say, I’ll be visiting and stay here again in the near future! Thank you Luanda!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!

My husband and myself really enjoy our time there please with spotless easy to get to across the street from the beach restaurants close by people were friendly and I really enjoyed my time. Thank you, Rose.
